We hired Carroll Service to replace a ceiling fan and install 2 breakers. Gabe arrived when expected and completed both jobs in a timely manner. We appreciated his excellent communication, professionalism and kindness. You can't go wrong with Carroll Services! It was the best experience we have ever had with an electrician.

Second time I've had Gabe come out to get some electrical work done. This time around, he installed an EV charger and a whole home surge protector. As before his work was clean and high quality. He was quite efficient too and knocked the entire job out in just under an hour. He cleaned up the area where he worked, leaving no scraps or anything behind. Very professional and great communication.

I also really appreciate that he lays out different options for you when he arrives, so you can get an idea of different costs and solutions. His pricing is very fair, and he doesn't try to tack on extras that you didn't ask for. Really nice person, will definitely use him for any electrical needs going forward. Strongly recommended.

I’ve used Gabe on a few different occasions to do electrical work, including some re-wiring of switches, moving power outlets, and installing new power outlets. He communicates well and does quality work. He makes sure to run the options by me and the pros and cons of each. Carroll Electric Co provided great service and a great experience. I called them and had Gabe over quickly. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and he was able to fix my breaker box issue quickly. I will look nowhere else for my electrical service needs.

Called Gabe because we had bought potable room air conditioners for 4 upstairs bedrooms. They were tripping the fuses for the bedrooms. Gabe came in and explained that they were drawing too much voltage for the fuses in the electrical box. I asked him if we could just put in a higher fuse and he explained the fire hazard that doing that would cause. He told us the correct way to do the upgrade and gave us an estimate for the work. He came out the next day and completely finished all the rooms, into the garage and electrical box. He also put in 4 new outlets with their own fuses in the garage. It was an all day project, but it was completely done in 1 day. Everything is working great, and looks perfect. We now have no worries about overloading a fuse and having a fire hazard in our panel. Each air conditioner we bought draws 10 amps, not a light load with everything else that’s in the kids bedrooms. Excellent workmanship and professional with the entire job.

Gabe has helped us out a few times and is now our go-to guy. He replaced all our outdoor lighting, some switches in the house, and some things we were clueless on, like when some kitchen appliances stopped working but the breaker hadn’t tripped. He’s a good, trustworthy guy and wouldn’t steer you wrong. Highly recommend!

I’ve hired Gabriel at Carroll Service for several projects including wiring for a garbage disposal and reattaching an electrical box to the exterior of the house. He is a very knowledgeable electrician. He is consistently on time, clear with his pricing and work plans, and I’ve always been able to schedule service calls within a few days.

Gabe came over to my house at 10a to install two ceiling fans and split two switches. He examined my house, gave me a fair quote, and got to work. When he finished the fans were installed perfectly with new switches and zero wobble. The switches I needed split ended the headache of always having the fans running when turning on the lights in the bathroom.

It wasn't until he was cleaning up that he let me know my whole house still had aluminum wiring. Any other new or unqualified electrician would have either requoted me the entire project or called a halt to the project itself. Gabe just worked through the surprise and finished the job with no up charging or complaining on the same day.

Afterwards, he cleaned up everything, leaving my house looking better than it did when he walked in. Any future jobs I need will be done by Gabe. He's a master electrician, and the quality of his work and fairness of his pricing reflects his skill.

One day the power, all plugs, to my bedroom were out. I called and explained the situation. The technician gave me a 2 hour window next day and texted 30 min before arrival within window. The repair was quick, fairly priced for me, he showed and explained the issue and the repair was done well with cleanup.

I would call Carroll Service Co. again in a heartbeat. Gabe was incredibly helpful in providing invaluable information about electrical inspections/permitting issues during a home buying process. He is knowledgeable and direct, and I truly appreciated his willingness to provide recommendations! Will absolutely call again for any future electrical needs.

Gabe Carrol was fantastic with installing a plug for my new EV vehicle. He showed up early for his appointment, communicated very well, was professional with every question I had for him, made sure I understood what was being installed, and even had to make an extra trip to grab some parts to finish the job (this was my fault for not explaining correctly exactly what I needed). Mr Carrol was flexible on the job as well. My wife works from home and he was able to accommodate us with the coordination needed to get the job done. He kept the work site clean, finished on time, and was very competitive with his price. 100% would recommend !

I had a problem with plug that lost neutral. Gabe had to preform a ping search to find the problem. He was very patient and kind and explained everything that was involved.Was very upfront on pricing that I felt were very reasonable. Highly recommend his services.
