Mr. Electric, I can’t say enough good things about Aaron Alford! He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem right away. No hassle. Nothing but a great guy who is Super friendly, respectful, and clearly knows his stuff! I was afraid my home was unsafe and It’s such a relief finding an electrician you can actually trust — I’ll definitely be calling Mr. Electric again for any future projects! Jake was amazing! He was here quick and able to get the electrical wires to my hot water heater extended so I could get power to it and get hot water back!

I was assisted by Travis and Stephen. They were both very friendly and worked quickly to replace a faulty circuit breaker. I’ve used Mr electric several times in the past and I’ve always been satisfied by the service.

Clayton from Mr Electric showed up on time at 8 am. He explained that I needed new light switches in master bathroom as the originals were old (over 20 yrs) and working properly. He also replaced the breaker switches (over 20 yrs). Their pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them for any electrical work.

Aaron Alford was very professional, courteous, and honest. He came to do a safety inspection of our church’s electrical circuit breaker panels. He provided an honest assessment of what still worked well and what needed to be upgraded/ replaced, with no “sale pressure”. He even disclosed that after further research, he found out that he was wrong in his earlier assessment and, as a result, removed the unnecessary replacement of a circuit disconnect panel from the estimate, saving us $800. He then worked uninterruptedly and completed all the necessary upgrade/ repair in about 4 hours, faster than promised. Kudos to Aaron for the first class service with professionalism and integrity, which is hard to find nowadays!

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Electric from start to finish. Every person I interacted with, from the call center team to the electricians, was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Ray and Clayton did an amazing job installing two pendants above my kitchen island (where there were no fixtures previously) and two chandeliers, one of which was installed on a 20ft tall ceiling. They completed everything in under four hours, which I thought was impressive!

Special shoutout for Ray, because he was very transparent and honest about pricing. He reviewed the bill with me and explained all options before moving forward. He was also just a really nice guy.

I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Mr. Electric for anyone needing reliable, high-quality electrical work!

I’m so thankful for Aaron Alford’s help! He came out to my mom’s house after lightning struck and messed up some of our wiring. He was super friendly and even worked great around our dogs, which meant a lot :) It’s not every day you find someone BOTH professional and genuine! I couldn’t be happier with Mr. Electric DFW and the work they’ve done at our home. They’ve been here for three separate projects and each one turned out great. This time, our Technician, David Sandefur, did an exceptional job helping us with a circuit breaker and ceiling light issue that knocked out power to a portion of our home.
