If you're looking for an amazing plumbers. Grand Slam did a phenomenal job at our house. We had several Plumbing issues. And they came in evaluated everything found out what the problems are and took care of it. And the pricing was so reasonable I couldn't not believe it. But if you want a good local plumbing company this company is the company to call. They're family-owned company and they really give the Personal Touch. That the larger plumbing companies cannot give. The name of the company did some perfectly grand slam they did a grand slam job at our house! So we highly recommend you give them a call cuz they will do a phenomenal job.

We had a main water leak at our home, and Justin was the technician who came out: he was fantastic to work with. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, and explained the repair clearly so we knew what to expect. Throughout the repair, he was professional, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently to get the water back on as soon as possible. Highly recommend this company, and especially Justin, for any plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Grand Slam Plumbing! I called them in the morning about an issue I was having, and to my surprise, they were able to schedule same-day service — which is almost unheard of these days. The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and how it would be fixed. He didn’t just patch things up — he made sure I understood exactly what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.

Called them at 8 AM. Josh arrived at 9 AM. Clogged sink and dishwasher problem fixed by 10:30 AM. This is how it should always go. Their service is exemplary.

The gentleman that came to help was named Justin. He was very kind , helpful, and trustworthy. He resolved our issue. We were recommended to your company by Wendy and Tony Collard. They're friendly and personable enough, but somehow I got talked into paying them $300 to snake an unclogged toilet.. when I called them back the next day asking If they could elaborate as I was feeling a little Hoodwinked the lady on the phone had a screaming baby and talked over me constantly. She said she would have someone call me back. That was about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago and my toilet has continued to intermittently clog.

Brittany called me quickly to schedule the appointment and they had a technician out within less than 24 hours. Cameron, the tech, was educated and kept me updated throughout his evaluation. He even showed me the parts that were messed up and how they should look. I felt like their price was fair as well. I’d recommend this company

Repair failed in 1.5 years. Prices felt on the high side.

60 day warranty.. Weather, snow, sun can all be factors, yes I know. At the end of the day it's still a cheap plastic adapter with no mercy for the repeat fix... huge let down.

Pipe has never been struck by mowers. There is not even grass on that side. My family has been in this house since 76. The previous piping lasted 59 years, and you're proud of 1.5.

I didn't ask for a free fix, but the fix quoted was higher than original installation.

I had my neighborhood group give me this company name & they came out within 2 hours. Cameron was very nice & professional & told me what to expect & the price. My left sink was not draining & was just clogged up & he cleaned it out. Telling me what to do to help with this. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve used Grand Slam Plumbing for three different jobs and they are coming out for a fourth. First time around I asked for a quote on installing a gas line and gas stove. Josh, the owner, gave me a very reasonable and fair price and he and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. While he was giving me a quote for the gas stove, he noticed some water puddling in the front yard. Turned out it was a water leak from the city meter to the main line in my foundation. Josh came out the next day and fixed it right away. The last job they came for was an a/c drain issue. I came home after a 3 day vacation and my guest room and closet floors were soaked. I called Josh and, even though he was dealing with dental surgical pain, he was able to coordinate with one of his technicians to come out the same day and fix the a/c drain. I have them coming out today too work on the a/c drain again as my wife and I decided to just replace it all together to avoid potential future issues. Also, they do great job cleaning up afterwards too, which some other companies may not do. They really take the time to focus on your specific job and do it right the first time. As new homeowners, we were worried about contacting people to work on the house because I knew we could be prime targets to be taken advantage of, but I never felt any issues with Josh. I knew he was being honest, fair and reasonable in his assessments of the work we needed done. He really is an honest, hard working, and just overall great person. I would HIGHLY recommend Grand Slam Plumbing to anyone in the area. We have decided to continue using them for any other issues that may arise or just any upgrades we’d like to do. The people are great and the work is great. It’s hard to find a company that excels at all aspects of their business.

We've used Grand Slam many times over the years. Josh was just out to clean our drains. He was very friendly and got the job done; exceeded my expectations! 5 stars every time!

Called them at 930PM on a Saturday with a a complete clog impacting half the house. Josh arrived 90 minutes later and resolved the issues cleaning and quickly. They are professional and reasonably priced.

Probably the best service call I’ve ever had, and I’ve owned three homes! Justin was kind, explained things well, down to earth and super easy to talk to! We will need to get a camera in our plumbing and will be requesting Justin from here on out. Thank you for good service!!!!

Cameron and Richard went the extra mile for us. We needed a toilet replaced and they found some issues with our pipes and flange. Made an extra trip to Home Depot for us, and stayed until 8 pm to finish the job even though we told them they could come back another day. Both were very friendly, professional, and happy to help. Awesome company.
