The technician that came out, which was Steven He was very detailed oriented and made sure. I understood the complete scope of his work. The quality was good. Customer service was excellent. He was very proficient. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

We had a sink drain clog that was beyond the pee trap. I called roto rooter at 11:37am and they were at my house by 1:15pm. They were professional, knowledgeable and had the drain unclogged in no time at all. I highly recommend.

Chase Hawk was our technician. If you are in the Houston area, we 100% recommend asking for him by name. He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent.

We had an extremely hard to find leak. He left no stone unturned and came back to our house two days in a row, all day, until he found it. We were lucky to have him. He even found another issue that could have become so much worse had he not caught it early. Plus he saved us a ton in direct costs with his advice.

We had a clogged kitchen sink after having family over for Christmas. After several attempts of trying to get it unclogged ourselves, we gave up and called the pros. From the time I called to learn about pricing until Someone showed up at my front door was less than one hour. Roto Rooter is a professional organization and I called them on Sunday morning and they were able to schedule a technician. Cedeno, their technician was great and discussed options, pricing and once agreed then started the work. He was professional and solved our issue quickly. This is my second time using them and they are awesome and they have great technicians like Cedeno!

Service technician Jose Urdaneto( sorry if that isn't the correct spelling of last name) came and did excellent ,thorough job fixing our washer and kitchen drainage issues. He was skilled,respectful, and made sure before he left everything was in working order. Thank you Jose!

The crew was great. Quickly identified the knocking/hammering noise. Tried a few quick fixes and ultimately had to cut some Sheetrock which was clearly explained ahead of time and expected prior to their arrival. Very thorough, clean and professional. Did a few extra things to future proof the plumbing system. A++ and wouldn’t hesitate to call again for future needs.

Gave up trying to clear a plumbing problem....called Roto-Rooter late on a Sunday. Have used their services several times over 20 years for my plumbing needs as well as for other properties in family. 24 hour operator answered, took my info, immediately scheduled a technician to arrive at my location within hours. A very courteous, an obviously well experienced tech arrived; began diagnosing problem on my 50 + year old plumbing system. End result involved tech requesting additional manpower/expertise, who immediately responded. Correcting the plumbing problem involved more time than anticipated, was corrected by 3 well mannered, highly skilled employees fully qualified to accurately diagnose the underground issues, implement effective repairs, with minimal disruption created by plumbing system failures. Also, with the Sr Citizen discount, a fair price.was charged To have such an inconvenient, unexpected emergency plumbing problem prioritized; corrected at a reasonable price, in a timely manner, by qualified staff members who consistently exhibited professionalism and concern. I had a leaking pipe underground and Chase did an awesome job walking me through everything and getting it fixed. He kept me in the loop the whole time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciate his help! Jesse 4134, was out here quickly, made sure we understood what was going to be done, gave us pricing before hand and took care of the problem. He knows his trade and has amazing customer service! Will most definitely use him is needed again! The scheduling service was also very accurate with time of arrival!

He explained to me what was happening and he was able to exchange the part needed, he went to the store to picked it up because he did not have that specific part in his truck due to the fact that it is an old toilet. He was awesome, gave me the discount, although I was expecting to be cheaper. Thank you
