Jeffery Heil came out to inspect my drainage. I have been quoted by previous company over $2,400 to repair an item. However after inspection Jeff established that it is the city's problem and we shouldn't be paying for it. Outstanding company, outstanding individual. Highly recommend this company. If I have any other issues I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter.

Stevon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He was able to unclog the drain without removing any tiles! Other plumbers had previously said it was a larger job and would need tile removal and pipe replacement but he got it done easily and quickly.

So many compliments and so much gratitude go out from my wife and me to Dustin Ochs and Dylan Williams. An exterior residential pipe had burst and was gushing water everywhere.
Though a friend managed to turn off the water, Dylan arrived and diagrammed the problem.
An intense storm gave off lightning and pouring rain.... yet that did not deter Dylan's work ....nor did the heavy rain deter Dustin. In an sbfikur downpour Dustin installed new piping and added special glue. Both Dustin and Dylan were responsive and professional. These two guys make excellent ambassadors for Roto Rooter.
For me, these two guys and Roto Rooter are who I will turn to for plumbing problems and emergencies. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Many thank you's. Prompt and Wonderful service.

Jesse, our plumber, did an excellent job. He arrived in the allotted time, explained what he suspected the problem to be, have an affordable estimate, roto-rootered the clean out, checked all the drains and commodes to make sure they were working, and even pulled my City of Houston trash can in from the curb for me. I called the number from the website and within an hour Jose was at my house and within another hour he assessed the issue and gave us a quote! All in 2 hours! I'm impressed and you don't HAVE to let them fix it either. 🙂

These guys set an appointment for one of my properties and told me they would be there from 1-5pm. I drove to the property and waited all day. They never showed up, and wasted my time. No one wants to sit around for several hours waiting for nobody to show.

This is unprofessional and shows how much they value your time and schedule as a customer. Can't give any stars to that. 👎

We're very happy with this company. Our washer was backing up because of a clog in the kitchen drain. They said the work had a 6 month guarantee. We did have to call them back yesterday and they honored their guarantee. Both technicians that came out were polite and knowledgeable. Adam was able to clear out the stubborn clog and we have our washer running again. Thank you for great service!

Fernando from Roto-Rooter did excellent to minimize my repair cost as well as inform me of any other possible minor issues in the area that may need to be addressed in the future IF they cause issues. He double and triple checked the issue was resolved with no leaks and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I appreciate the experience provided as I had spent 4-5 hours on the issue myself before calling the pros!
