I can’t say enough about this quick response we received and as a new customer. The problem was accessed and he even went and got the part locally to fix it the same day! He sent pictures and communicated the issue fully before fixing with pictures and pricing. The service fee was also less than some others that I called and they wouldn’t even be out the same day! I will be using them again!

Just wow!! The name says it all Texas Proud!! I've had several companies service my pool but none to the standards this gentlemen presented. Not only did he clean the pool, he educated me on my system. I didn't believe some things he said so I jumped on the computer and searched online what we discussed and bam! Dude was spot on. They say you get what you pay for. Well with these guys you get that good feeling of money well spent, education, and extremely satisfied you got a great bang for your buck. I'm done bouncing from pool companies and glad to of found one I can trust to have a job well done and best of all, willing to educate!!! Im done talking you all can see how happy I am to of have found this company!!👍👍

Just bought a new home with a pool/spa/and water feature. Many problems have come up with the system, however Daniel and his team have been very prompt with a diagnosis, a thorough explanation as to what was going on, and a suggestion of how to fix the situation. The customer service is above and beyond, especially for these days. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had purchased the wrong pool pump and needed some repipe work done on my 8000 gallon inground pool. I saw the great reviews and I emailed Texas Proud Pools and I was asked to provide pictures so he could order the parts needed and only have to make one trip. I did so and I didn't hear back for a over a week. When I inquired again about what he thought the price of the repair might be, I was asked for more pictures and a close up picture of the pump. I supplied a picture of the pump. I was immediately told it was a pump for an above ground pool and I need a self priming pump for inground pool and he wouldn't be interested in working on it. Which is fine, but I stated I had the wrong pump from the beginning. I had to inquire a couple times with slow response only to be turned down without anyone ever coming out to look at the pool. The whole reason I picked this business was because of the outstanding reviews. I just didn't get the same experience as the 5 stars.

Pool has been great under their care. Above and beyond like during the freeze last year coming by to make sure the pumps were running.

Was able to come out the next day after calling late the day before! Daniel was able to assess the controller issue and replaced it by that afternoon. Did excellent work and was very professional. Highly recommend!

Have had Great experiences with TPP. Daniel is very responsive, shows up when he says he will, gives good advice and fair quotes. No add on fees when things didn't go exactly as planned. Couldn't be happier with the work that's been done and the equipment installed.

Very happy with Daniel! We had a hot tub repair and he continued to trouble shoot and communicated with the manufacturer to get the correct parts after multiple attempts. We appreciate him never giving up.

Daniel is one of the good guys, he knows what he's doing and he educates you on how to own a better pool. Daniel is great! Very professional and knowledgeable, he explained our pool system to us and got us set up with a new filtration system and blower the same day!!!! Called the owner Daniel on Thursday asking him about an advice on my new pump I installed my self and I was having problem with it, I sent him pictures of the pump and the plumbing he walked me through the issue but no luck!!!
He called me saying that he's in the neighborhood and he would like to stop by to look at it. when he got to my house he discovered that the problem was electricals not the pump itself. He fixed the the problem and explained every step of the way. My pool started to turn green he added chemicals for a very low price.
Daniel is One of the best pool guys that I dealt with and very reasonable price.

I was having an issue with my spa draining once the pump was off. I was not able to get the company I normally use until a week later, so I sent Texas Proud Pools a message via their webpage. Within a couple of hours Daniel called me. Long story short, I sent him some pictures of our equipment and he walked me through how to fix my problem! Even sent me some more pointers via text. Excellent service and work by Daniel. Had issues with our filtration system. Daniel came out same day to look at equipment to see what was needing repair. We ended up getting a new filtration system and a new pool light. Everything was installed the following week in a timely and professional manner. Love the pool light!
