I had a wonderful experience with this company today. I'm a long time customer and have had them come out for maintenance every 6 months for the past 6 years or so. They are always on time and very professional. I feel that they take an adequate amount of time and are very thorough. The technician that came out today (Enrique R) was great! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really spent the time to educate me on an issue that I had and then he was able to thoroughly correct the problem. There are a lot of AC companies in the Kingwood area, but I would definitely recommend these guys in the future.

Wow, what great Customer Service from Sylvia!! Friends and neighbors all recommended kingwood air and specifically Ralph. So we gave them a try and. We’re so happy that we did. Ralph was wonderful made us feel comfortable very efficient, professional talented and really knows what he’s doing. You have no question and no concerns after he’s left that everything is good because you know that he’s an Experienced expert. I would highly recommend them.!!
I called for information and a bid after another vendor gave me a quote that I thought was high. Sylvia was very polite and said that they could not help with the component I needed. I continued talking to her to gain advice and information and she was very helpful. At the end of the conversation, she offered to send out a technician for an analysis to see what they could do for me. Larry showed up promptly and quickly explained to me that after 12 years of operation, my 5 Ton air conditioner unit was hooked up to my 3 1/2 ton rated evaporator coil and my 3 1/2 ton unit was hooked to my 5 ton evaporator coil. Think of an automobile running with the wrong size radiator in it. The systems have been running inefficiently since new with improper cooling and a higher electric bill. After getting a quote, I checked others published prices and Kingwood Air Conditioning was very competitive. I decided to go with Kingwood Air and they were out the very next day to install two new complete air conditioning units. The entire crew were prompt, polite, professional, and thoughtful and methodical during the two days of installation. I am very happy with the price and the installation and I look forward to many years of trouble free operation with my premium Lennox air conditioners. I plan to now use Kingwood air conditioning, a company that’s been in business for 40 years, for all my future air conditioning needs.
Original Kingwood AC guys called me for my AC maintenance. Cris called me to let me know he was on his way, main office automatically sent me a picture of the service guy "Cris" for my security. Cris told me what to expect and let me shadow him. I asked questions and Cris was kind and informative as he checked everything and cleaned everything onside and outside for an hour. It cost me nothing for this visit because I paid less than $200 a year for two maintenance visits. Total Peace of Mind! Trust these guys!
