Radu is awesome, he took his time to troubleshoot and help me save money. My dishwasher breaker was popping and it only needed to be re-wired.

Excellent service! I recently hired this company for some electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting. The job was done neatly and safely.

Radu is a great dude. Very respectful, nice to talk to and prompt. Needed a EV charging outlet installed. Did a great job and was able to get it all done in one day. Even installed a cable hook as well.

We called Burac Power for service because several outlets were not working after using a hair dryer. The son came around 5 o’clock after taking a family member to a doctor’s appointment. He worked 2 hours trying to find the problem. Thank goodness he came - two outlets in two totally different parts of the house were on the same circuit and the neutral connection had burned. We are going to have him come at a later date to check all of our outlets because our home is 21 years old. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was very polite and I was highly impressed with his work ethic and ability. His price was more than fair. I would recommend this 5 + Star father and son company!

Had a great experience. Called on a Sunday and was able to come by Tuesday morning. He completed the work in a very timely manner and pricing was VERY reasonable. Way better than some larger companies.

Very professional and great pricing. Scheduled a visit for next morning after I requested service. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When finished, he cleaned up mess created during the work. He installed a GFCI electrical plug in the bathroom.

I had an excellent experience working with Radu from Burac Power. He handled the electrical work for my she shed/office and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He kept me informed and up to date on the entire process, including city permits, and worked seamlessly with the city to make everything smooth and hassle free for me.

Radu was fast, efficient and very professional. I’m extremely particular about who I hire and always vet the people I work with and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. If you want to waste a day of false promises and phone tag, then this is your guy. If you want someone to actually show up to complete the repairs, then keep looking.

First time using this company was for plumbing leak detection. Owner was very thorough and found the leak quickly. He took photos and videos which were perfect for insurance purposes and explained what he was going to do up front and completed the job quickly. Most recently he fixed a water hose spicket that froze and busted. Again, very quick to respond and took care of the issue with no trouble. He was very good about cleaning up afterwards and was polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

I called Jason on 12/24, expecting to be told that there would be a few days to a week’s wait. Jason answered and advised he would arrive at a specific time and he came exactly at the time he stated.

Jason is one outstanding Gentleman. I just arrived in Dallas and picked up a rental Car. Five miles down the road I noticed the front bumper came loose and was dragging under the car. I pulled over and tried to secure it. Jason pulled up and stopped to help me, a complete stranger on the side of the road. He got under the car secured the bumper and would not accept payment for the work he did. Thanks Jason. I will defiantly pay it forward before leaving Dallas. Please support his business. Wonderful experience with HMS! My A/C went out on Saturday and another contractor was to service the following Monday through Home Warranty. The other contractor (NOT HMS) could not service due to an improper install leaving me stranded without repairs. Called several other companies-all too busy and had to schedule me a week out. I called HMS and Gary took time out of his busy day to come out the same day just to check it out. He ended up getting the repairs done in such a quick turn around during the hottest weeks so far. Without HMS I would still be sweating in my house. Amazing staff, great integrity, and quick, efficient execution. Highly recommend!!

Great experience with HMS Heating & Air conditioning, I called them late on a Friday evening, and they were there within the hour ! I had my kids coming home for the weekend and was so appreciative! Will definitely call them again!

Today was my first time using HMS Heating and Air. From the first week gone call with Jeanette, to the service visit by Andrew, everything went smooth. They were professional, friendly, and didn’t take long at all to fix our AC unit. Thank you for fitting us in your schedule so quickly. We will use them again for any heating and air conditioning needs.

HMS has been dependable and responsive with any issue we've ever had with our HVAC system. We just had a new system installed by HMS and they did a fantastic job. Gary was always polite, informative, and upfront with every encounter. The really great thing though? When our air conditioning went out, he lent us a window A/C unit so that we could at least sleep comfortably until they were able to come out and install the new system. Now that's great customer service!

Gary and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They took a difficult task and provided a seamless solution. Fair and affordable!! I highly recommend these folks!!
