Our AC went out over the weekend and a neighbor recommended HMS Heating and Air Conditioning. I gave them a call on Sunday and they showed up within the hour! They fixed the problem right away and the price was super fair. Honest, fast, and reliable, and we would definitely recommend them.

My experience with this team was great! From my initial call to scheduling someone to come out to the service provided, I will be using them again in the future. Andrew, the technician, was thorough in explaining the issues and the process of getting it fixed. He communicated any delays and when to expect him. My satisfaction will include sharing HMS’ info with my neighbors.

My AC stopped working and I called HMS heating and air conditioning and Gary came out within 45 mins. He was also able to honor the 10 uear manufacturer warranty even though he wasn't the person that installed it. I will definitely be using them in the future.

HMS saved our lives! My wife and I were enjoying a lazy Sunday when all of a sudden we smelled a weak burning smell. We checked all over the house and thought it was possibly the coffee maker that we just used may have just fried. We unplugged it and went back to our day but a little bit later we smelled it again and we noticed it was when the AC system kicked on. I shut down the system and called HMS and they were luckily available the next morning to come out and take a look. I was up in the attic with the owner of the company and his trainee when they had the panel off of the side of the unit and turned the system on to check it. The blower motor sparked, popped and did its best impression of a gas stove on high except the flames weren’t a pretty blue. They were able to extinguish the flames and they determined through other testing, of course that the blower motor was the problem and needed to be replaced. Thankfully, they had one on their truck and were able to have the problem resolved within an hour. I am so grateful this didn’t happen overnight as it could have completely destroyed our home! So thankful for HMS!

I think this is the best company out there. They are quick to respond and got me up and running in a very short time. Our new system works great and we are very pleased. Andrew from HMS was phenomenal! Had an after hours call on a three day weekend. After hour rate is very fair and he was able to come right away. Got me all fixed up and made sure I understood what happened and how to fix it moving forward.

Since we moved to town, my old AC guy is too far away to help. So happy we found HMS and will be using them for check ups and tune ups moving forward.

This firm should get 10 stars out of ten. I had been with a different HVAC company for several years and they were going to charge me thousands of dollars to repair my heating unit. I wanted a second opinion, so I contacted HMS Heating and Air Conditioning. Gary Hays was incredibly polite and professional, and told me that I didn't need to spend thousands of dollars on an expensive repair. He fixed it in about half an hour and saved me lots of money. I will be using HMS Heating and Air Conditioning for all my business going forward, and I highly recommend their services!

HMS gets 10+ stars, I was hearing some noises from my outside unit, I have been trying to locate a local HVAC company who I could trust. I definitely found that in HMS. Michelle was so terrific on the phone , Andrew came out did my fall check out and was extremely thorough, our system is 7 yrs old, however, we have had some issues, ranging from a new compressor, to 2 new capacitors in the past 15 months. Andrew brought us out there and said the noises we are hearing are normal start up, and shut down, that the system was functioning well. Andrew went up stairs and did a very extensive check.
Even checking our emergency heat strips, no one has ever done that! Andrew made a recommendation to help improve air flow which also will help the compressor do its job better. We plan to install the AprilAir system, as this makes sense. Cleaner air for us and helps the unit perform better..

Absolutely incredible experience! We had Andrew and Nate out here today for a tune and to check the dryer vent before the cold months, if they come, and they were very informative. We discussed options down the road to help better airflow/ duct work. I felt extremely comfortable after talking and discussing future plans with them in regard to hvac and a/c concerns! All for a very reasonable price. I don’t think this company can be beat! Both Andrew and Nate seem to be very passionate about the job which makes things so much better!!
