They called and came quickly.
James did everything he said he was going to do. Quick service. It was a breath of fresh air. Pleasant and kind. Will absolutely ask for Precision Comfort from our home warranty to come to our home in the future if ac/heater issues arises again. They got our heater working. They get 5 stars from us!!!!

Had issues with the AC. Luckily, Select Home Warranty called Precision. And Precision sent Colby!! He was blue to quickly get to the heart of the issue, run it up the chain to get approval from The warranty company, fix the issue. In roughly an hour, we were back to an air conditioned home.

I self diagnosed my ac which is never a great plan. Owner of comfort showed up with Part I said he needed. He tested it and it was fine. He went a little deeper because he knows ac. Found the problem. Repaired it and saved me a night in a hotel. Excellent service and fair price. Thank you for a job well done.

Our AC kept turning off and needed to have the lines blown out to get it going again. Precision Comfort came in and checked the entire duct system in the attic. The system was not done correctly when the house was built. The crew came in, completely redid the entire duct system and installed a new filter unit. They were professional, efficient and courteous. The entire house is now the same temperature in every room. They had the entire project done in one day. I highly recommend Precision Comfort for any AC needs.
Mr. Hacker also installed our new outside AC unit.

House full of people on a Texas July day....and AC quit cooling.  Contacted them in am, came immediately to check the problem... Colby, our Technician, looked it over and in a short time he had a repair plan: listened to problem, investigated unit, contacted part supplier, found price, proposed what the repair was going to need and an estimate.  Great communication during process, very well mannered, great work ethic, and knowledgeable.  Fixed all in one day.  Nothing is cheap these days, but the price was very reasonable for all he did. We were lucky that he was headed to get other projects' needed parts and could get ours too.  And he completed his other appts too.

Our AC started not cooling and we reached out to our home protection company. They scheduled our service with Precision. I wasn’t expecting them to come until the next day, but they got someone out the same day! James was amazing! He solved our issues, showed us a few things we can do in future for preventative measures. I would highly recommend Precision.

I called first thing this morning and they had a technician in the area finishing up a job. The technician showed up quickly and had a pretty good idea what the problem was. He had it fixed and my AC was blowing cold again in no time. I am grateful and intend to sign up for the maintenance program. Highly recommend this company.

Booking the appointment – easy, did it on line and was contacted shortly thereafter.
contacting from company – “kept in the loop” through the entire process from the initial contact to the follow up at the end.
contacting from technician – we were texted when the appointment was booked and informed who the tech would be. We were also informed by the technician of arrival and travel plans
arrival – early! Got a call explaining picking up materials and travel time so he wasn’t arriving without notice.
working the problem – The biggest plus was the technician was respectful of the property and us. Didn’t make a huge mess, was friendly and personable.
Results – it was a three step process. The technician got the unit cooling but needed to come back to replace a part. Replaced the part and everything was working fine. A couple of days later another issue came up (related to the initial) which was scheduled, troubleshot and fixed without any issues.
follow up – was contacted by the owner to find out how the issue went – before the technician left the site. Explained what went on, how they made their decision and made sure I knew how and why things happened. Made sure we were happy with the service we were given.
Precision ticks all the boxes and goes all the way to ensure a quality product and service. We’ll definitely use them again and plan on having them do a lot of the work on our new house.

Walked into a hot house after a long day at work. Google search to me to Precision comfort home services. Within 20 minutes of speaking with the main office I was contacted by the service technician Colby with an eta. (I was totally expecting to wait until the next day due to the time) Colby was very respectful and professional, he had our unit diagnosed and running cold in no time.

These guys were awesome. Call rang twice, owner picks up, gets me squared away. Within 30 minutes a tech is out assessing my issue, and within an hour he's out the door. Mind you, this wasn't until 6p on a Wednesday night! Can't recommend these guys enough!

Colby was wonderful! Prompt, courteous, efficient, and took care of the problem in less than 30 minutes. My AC went out earlier in the day and I called my usual company. They could not get out here until the next day in late afternoon. Precision came out that same day with only an hour's notice. They will be my new "go to" AC repair company! Precision home was fabulous. They spent the entire day at my property, fixing a problem that another company created, and bringing both of my hot water heaters up to Code. Highly recommend for their professionalism, price point, and product.
