    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Precision Comfort Home Services has been my go to HVAC company for several of my remodels. They’ve done three houses for me now and always do quality work at a fair price. They’re honest, transparent, and never try to overcharge. I really like that they take before and after photos so you can actually see what was fixed. They got the AC running perfectly on my latest project and made the whole process smooth and easy. Definitely recommend them.

3 people from Precision were involved in my claim. Dena who made the appt was very helpful and solution oriented. She had the sense of urgency that my situation required.
Mark the plumber was amazing. He explained in detail what the issue was. He was extremely thorough and took preventative measures to avoid further damage prior to the repair, then made sure that we could function to some degree prior to the parts being ordered. He is very likeable and pleasant. Highly recommend him for the work.
James the owner called me personally to answer any questions that I had and to explain the service that they would provide. He is also very detailed and helpful.
I highly recommend Precision Comfort Home Services!

We needed a simple job with the grill hose to be move from one sideof the pillar to the other side, Mark Sanchez came by and did really good job, I am happy we found this company because the majority want to charge just to come by to give us a diagnostic plus whatever they do, precision comfort came to give the estimate for FREE and they are the best price by far out 8 different companies that I talked too.
Thanks precision comfort, keep up the great job and the honesty......

Precision comfort home are wonderful to work with. Mark, their technician did an outstanding job not just fixing the immediate issue of pipe leaking but had enough foresight to check the “T” where it connected. Complete Drain line was replaced, faucet replaced and looks/ works like new again. Before and after.

Very rude owner likes to talk down to people on the phone after his crew and him couldn't get the job done correctly. I had two different hvac technicians tell me the part they put in my home was not the correct part .they did not clean coils or outside unit.i owed him 500.00 for balance on bill I payed 500.00 when the work was done.but explained to him I was waiting for my disability to go through. And it finally did.and my wife called to ask him to come out and fix the problem he starts yelling at her about me not answering my phone lol. Anyway it's a done deal.im glad he records phone calls so do i

I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Comfort. After they installed my new air handler, they refused to power it on or test it, claiming another company needed to complete additional steps first. When I hired a different company to finish the work, they quickly tested and confirmed the system was functional.

I then asked Precision Comfort to come back and test the unit to ensure it was working correctly, but they ignored my request, hung up on me multiple times, and were rude when I asked for assistance.

To make matters worse, I had to pay another company to fix massive leaks in the supply plenum and insulate the copper lines, both of which were missed during installation.

Overall, I would never recommend Precision Comfort. Their customer service was unprofessional, and the installation was poorly executed.

*edited on 4/28/2025** to add pictures that show the copper connection literally melted down due to the horrible installation from Precision Comfort as well as installing the wrong components ! no wonder why the copper completely melted! Absolutely one of the most absent-minded, boneheaded, obvious mistakes you could make. I only noticed due to the smell of burning metal and smoke. This installation could of burned my house down, god forbid with my kids inside.

Used this contractor to come and diagnose my issue. They had to return multiple times over the course of a few days to finally replace the condenser in my outdoor AC unit. The condenser they installed was done improperly, causing the connections/fittings to not fit properly. This caused my AC unit to turn into a block of ice in the middle of hot Texas weather. The fittings/connections from the condenser to the air handler was the wrong type, so they had to come back again.
-- An analogy would be, if this was a mechanic shop and they were working on a Ford Truck, yet the manufacturer sent in a Volkswagen engine, rather than talking to the manufacturer to get the correct part sent, they just forcefully installed the Volkswagen engine into a different make/model of a car just to get the job done. This approached ended up causing more problems, money, and time wasted for all parties involved. A little due diligence can go a long way.

When they returned, they told me the service visit was free of charge as it was their fault. Upon completing their visit, they had me pay $300 for the visit, even though they EXPLICITLY told me that it was a free service/diagnostic visit since the problem was never originally fixed, AND it was their fault. Normally, before any work gets done, the business tells you about the costs involved and has you sign off on it before they begin the work. This was not the case. They shocked me with a $300 bill that i had to retroactively get removed. More effort and time wasted on my end.

This still did not fix the issue. After paying $1500 to Precision Comfort Home Services, my issue was still not resolved. After calling them back and explaining the situation, they then discovered the "real" problem about it being a leak within some piping. That would of been great to know prior to spending hours of my time and not to mention a great deal of money ($1500).

When i asked what it would cost to actually fix my REAL PROBLEM, they quoted me again. I responded that I would shop around for a cheaper price, and found many other businesses willing to do the work for 15-25% less of what they quoted me. I asked if they could match the quote and was told "good luck".

i am of the personal opinion that this is not how customer service should be handled. Mistakes happen, of course. But when it comes to my HOME and THOUSDANDS of dollars, I want to make sure i am giving my money to people who actually give a shit.

Then, the audacity of the owner to text a customer passive aggressive threats at 11:00pm at night because he doesn't agree with a google review. Bad reviews happen from bad jobs. This is one of them. Get used to it and stop harassing customers late at night.

Ryan Mudd the technician was wonderful and polite. I can't say the same for the rest of the team.

I do not recommend this company at all.

Edit: the screen shots maybe out of order but just look at the timestamps and it will tell you the whole story.
