Reviews of local pros in Krum, Texas

Comfort Conditioning came quickly and late in the day to look at our very old unit. They are amazing, had what the needed to replace the burnt up motor
With them and had a fair price. Highly recommend! Thank you Garin Taylor!

Wonderful and professional company! Worked with my senior mom to replace ac and were very patient and kind with her in explaining the job. Would highly recommend

Very thorough, & awesome people. They replaced my entire HVAC system and ductwork. When I had some minor concerns they can right back away to make everything just as it should be. I definitely recommend!

Great company, new to me. Will definitely call again. Knowledgeable, experienced technician, honest, no upsell. Great experience.

I called The Comfort Conditioning Crew based on a friend’s suggestion when my downstairs unit froze up. Israel came out the same day, diagnosed the problem within minutes. He sourced the new fan motor locally, drove to the supply house and returned to install it late on a Friday evening. It’s great to know we have a reputable company local that goes above and beyond to get their customers taken care of! They are in this business for the long hall. Not one of those companies who rake you over the coals charging for things you do not need. Don’t call anyone else! These guys are the real deal! Thanks fellas!!

There's nothing like throwing a hail Mary pass on a hot Saturday morning and calling am HVAC service company with whom you have no relationship. Yet there i was .. and Israel caught my panicked call and was able to come and fix my issue within a few hours! He was incredibly polite, astute, service-focused and professional. Sign me up, Comfort!

Israel did a fantastic job. Very professional and thorough. Explained the repair prior to completing the job. Cleaned up the work area after he was done and asked if I had any questions. Great experience overall.

We had a problem with our AC unit and they were able to come out the next day and fix it. Great guys who explained what they were doing and what the problem was. Highly recommend them.

Comfort Conditioning LLC did an outstanding job repairing the AC systems at Gameness yesterday. Now I'm freezing - which is exactly how I like it! I’m really glad I brought a sweater to the office. The team was friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. Their pricing was fair, and their diagnosis was trustworthy. Highly recommend these guys for AC work!

I called @ 7:30 on a Friday night and Garin arrived around 8 and fixed my furnace by 8:30 all on the coldest weekend in January. Very friendly and quick service on the phone and in person. I’ll definitely be calling again for future jobs!

From start to finish the Comfort Conditioning team was amazing! We had started pricing out new AC systems with another well known company in Flower Mound, when a friend highly recommended Comfort to us. Comfort saved us $5,000, and installed the exact same system (from ac units, to coils, uv lights and thermostats) as the other company. They were professional the entire way through - flexible scheduling, ensured they covered our floors so they left no mess, and their post installation communication has been outstanding just can’t say enough great things about them! I highly recommend using Comfort Conditioning for all your heating and cooling needs!

What a great company! Tech was very professional and knowledgeable! He took care of my HVAC issues quickly and provided sound advice. Amazing experience. Recommend them highly!

Israel and 3 of his guys came out yesterday and replaced our 22 year old AC unit in our mobile home in Justin with a brand new unit inside and out and a new thermostat that I can connect to my phone to control the temperature which I have never had before! They were extremely professional, friendly, cleaned up afterwards, did not rush and completed the job in a timely manner. Israel and his crew did an exceptional service for us! I highly recommend them for any and all of your heating/air needs. Comfort Conditioning is our GO TO heating/ac company for any and all repairs and maintenence! I HIGHLY recommend them!! Thanks again Comfort Conditioning!!

I have used Hughes Heating and Air in my old house. Jeff and his team don't play games. What you see is what you get. They are very responsive off hours if your unfortunate to need them. Highly recommended!!!

The crew arrived at the time specified and were very professional. It was a great value, I have used them before and will continue.
