These guys were amazing! Lightning struck my unit, and it was one thing after another, but they worked hard to make sure everything was working well. Even provided window units to get us through the night until they could get the parts the next morning. I highly recommend using R2 for all your heating and A/C needs

The tech knew exactly how to check and resolve the electrical issue with the breaker and the capacitor. He did a great job. They also fitted me into their schedule last minute and fixed it right then with the part he had in his truck.

Our AC stopped cooling overnight. Called this morning and Jeff came out within 30 minutes. He was very thorough in explaining the issues and cost involved to repair. He took the time to speak with my husband over the phone. Very fair pricing, fast and efficient service and he gave us great tips on how to make the older system go longer. Techs were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked on my 5 port mini split condenser unit, found a leak, repaired it, and then filled it back up with Freon. Everything is working great- highly recommended!!

They have been very fair and honest with me over the years. I finally had to get a new unit. They were on time and did a great job. There was a small issue and they came right back to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Amazing company!! Jeff is so knowledgeable… We had him put in a HVAC unit a few years ago and appreciate all his expertise. If we ever have any questions on our unit the phone is always answered and you never feel like you’re a bother. Customer service is a A++ Just recently our heat was not working due to a power surge late at night and still the phone was answered with courtesy and the problem was taken care of promptly!!
