There are literally no words to express how AMAZING Dragon Heating and Air's service is. I called on a Sunday (their day off) and Joe walked me thru everything. He explained he would come out to see what was going on with my system. He came out on a Sunday and was pretty sure he found the issue but didn't want to replace it until it went out so he could be certain and not replace something that didn't need to be replaced. While here he also found errors that the builders contractor AC company (Airtron) did wrong. They covered a filter in the attic that I had no idea was there and they covered some sort of important piece that needed to breath for the motor to have a longer life. It finally went out Friday at 11 pm and Joe asked me to call him. I explained what was going on and he said ok this is exactly what I suspected. He fit me into his busy Friday schedule and fixed my AC. I had called a few other AC companies and truthfully they didn't seem to be concerned that I did not want to stay without AC. Thanks Dragon Heating and Air for being life savers and such a honest company! We need more companies like this who aren't trying to rip people off and fix things that do not need to be replaced.

We worked with Joe and his team to get a new furnace and AC system installed at our recently purchased home in Austin. We received a quote for the work quickly, and Joe was incredibly friendly and responsive. He was able to answer all questions we had about the logistics of the system in a way that was easy to understand. The whole team was legitimately so excited for us to get our new system installed, and it was great to know that everyone cared so much about the work they were doing. This alone would have been enough for a 5 star review, but after we had some problems with a separate electrician a few days later, Joe came out after hours to make sure that our system was back up and running properly. We would 100% recommend using Dragon Heating & Air for any HVAC needs!

We are always just so impressed with the incredible service and we receive from Joe. He calls back within minutes and sometimes talks us through solutions over the phone after office hours.
