I tried messing with the outside unit myself and somehow made things worse. I honestly had no idea what I was doing. The technician came out, cleaned the unit, checked everything over, and got my AC repaired and cooling again fast. He even explained the one setting I needed to stop touching, which I really appreciated. Professional, easy to deal with, and honestly the best experience I could have asked for after the mess I made. Highly recommend.
