When the chill started creeping in, I knew it was time for a new heating system. The team was punctual and worked efficiently, taking just over half a day. Their attention to detail was impressive, explaining every step without rushing. My home feels cozy and warm now, and I couldn't be happier with the seamless installation process.

On the Sunday before Thursday July 4th our A/C stopped working. I called AIM and left a message not expecting to hear back Monday afternoon or Tuesday. Angela phoned me about 7:30 AM on Monday saying Kenny would be out as soon as he loaded his truck. Great start I thought.
As it turned out it was a particularly difficult issue. Kenny looked over the system and reviewed the error code. Everything pointed to the circuit board which had to be ordered and would arrive the next day or the thermostat which seemed to work fine. Short story longer the circuit board did not resolve the issue. In talks with the Lennox guru for the second or third time on Wednesday he said rarely the cable from the motor to the circuit board could be bad. This cable had to be ordered and was picked up on Friday. Voila it solved the issue was solved and I was back in business.
I greatly appreciate Kenny Case not giving up on us and being in constant contact.
I highly recommend AIM for HVAC service and Kenny of course. I have been a customer for over 15 years and will never consider anyone else.

My family has used AIM A/C for several years now for all of our A/C needs and have always had a professional, prompt and thorough experience. Most recently, our A/C had stopped working during 100+ degree weather and we called AIM at 6:00 pm when we realized the problem (hoping maybe someone was there that late). The receptionist was super friendly and took our information and a technician (Sesar) called us back within 15 minutes. He made us an appointment for the next day for a service call, but Sesar also stayed on the phone for about 30 minutes walking me through trying to clear a clog that was in my A/C so that maybe we wouldn’t have to suffer through a hot night until they could get out to fix it. He was so patient and explained things so well that I was able to partially clear the clog and get the A/C going for the night. Sesar came out the next day and finished up everything for a very reasonable price and the A/C is running perfect. He definitely saved the day for us!! Sesar is awesome! We would definitely recommend AIM A/C!!

Sesar came out and fixed our AC problems. We have used AIM A/C with other projects and the techs there are top notch, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate use their services again in the future.

Having your air conditioner not work is always very stressful but every time Kenny shows up he is a pleasure to deal with. He is honest, nice and always a pleasure to deal with. I feel blessed to have found AIM. They will forever be who I use for air conditioning needs.

For a week, my AC was turned off because it’s blowing warm air. Being on fixed income, I searched for the most affordable and dependable company. AIM AC & Heating have provided service before when I needed help. So, I called on July 10 and requested to assess what’s going on.

I am pleased to share that Sesar Posas met my expectation when I had trouble with my AC. With the Tx hot weather, and caring for a 96yr old family member, Sesar made sure we’ll be comfortable by adding freon, while waiting for the needed replacement to keep ac running again.

On July 12, 2024, he’s back on time with Mr. King, and replaced the unit in no time.
I am so thankful for Sesar’s caring attitude, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. He is an asset to your company.

If you need help with your HVAC I highly recommend AIM. I had a problem with the airflow with my unit and had 3 bids made. The first two gave me solutions that would cost a couple of thousand dollars. AIM came in and told me that the flu was stuck and they fixed it in 30 seconds without charge!!!
When I wanted to install an air filter they had the model I was looking for and the price was reasonable. They installed it quickly and without incident.
Most recently I had my AC break down on a 95 degree day, of course, also when I had family in town visiting. They were at my house within 4 hours and had the unit fixed 1 hour after that. Thanks goodness.
Again, highly recommend for all your needs!

Sesar Posas always does a fine job. He is very experienced in AC systems and it shows. He is also very friendly.

We purchased a new A/C and furnace from AIM 6 months after we moved to Kyle in 2015. They gave the best quote and provided the most superior customer service. We have had the unit serviced twice by AIM since the purchase. Cesar came out most recently in July and was very understanding when a leak was discovered in manufacturer parts. He took care of the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly. His knowledge and expertise is greatly valued and appreciated. I will be sure to request him whenever he is available. It is very apparent that AIM definitely holds their employees to the highest standards. Five Stars! Keep up the great work! Highly recommended!

Everything about working with Kenny was enjoyable! The company was quick to respond and get us on their schedule, Kenny was prompt, kind, and oh so helpful. He allowed me to record his summary so I could properly update my husband :) he did a thorough job and was very knowledgeable in extra appliances we have for air quality! Kenny is the best. We have had our heating and cooling systems serviced by AIM A/C and Heating for many years now. They are always on time and friendly and professional. Sesar serviced our heating system this morning and made some adjustments that were a great improvement. I highly recommend them.

Kenny is great!!! Professional, knowledgeable, punctual and honest. He patiently answered all my questions and did some great detective work to locate a leak in the AC system. He made the repair, then took the extra step of making a follow-up visit to ensure that the repair held and there were no additional leaks. I was 100% happy with his service and will definitely use AIM for regular maintenance and any future repairs.

Our AC wasn't cooling the house well so I called AIM around 9am on a Thursday. Angela was able to book an appointment for that afternoon with a 2-hour window of arrival time. Kenny arrived right at the start of that window, and it was nice that I didn't have to wait around for hours. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue immediately, and was in and out within an hour. My house started cooling down right away. I don't have much experience with HVAC companies so I can't say how the prices compare but it felt like a fair price for the house call and the service (clearing out a clogged drain pipe).
