Around bedtime on a Friday night in early June, I discovered that my AC had gone out. I woke up early Saturday and called several companies. AIM was the first to return my call. They were understanding and placed me on the same-day schedule. The technician, Kenny, arrived sooner than expected, and was professional, kind, and courteous. My AC was fixed before 11 am and at a fair price. I was thoroughly impressed by the superior customer service of AIM during what was a stressful moment for me. I cannot thank them enough and I will sing their praises to anyone in need of AC or heating services.

My AC went out at 9pm, and an AIM tech was at my house by 11am the following day. Sesar was thorough and efficient, diagnosed the issue almost immediately and completed the repair in 20 minutes. He also checked a few extra things, shared maintenance tips, and was super friendly and a real pro. I wholeheartedly recommend AIM Services!

AIM technicians are always efficient and courteous, and Sesar exemplifies this ethic. He completed maintenance on two systems and replaced a worn out capacitor in under an hour. He even complimented my garden. 😀.

Our a/c unit was needing some attention and Kenny with AIM came to our rescue. We had an appointment for Friday but then got a call back that a spot for today opened up. Kenny came over, was professional and very polite. He assessed the situation in about ten minutes, told me what the problem was and what it would cost to fix. He found that the parts needed were in stock, so he went to get them, came back, and had the unit fixed - all done within seven hours of our first call to them this morning. And a great price too!! AIM will be our go-to AC company from now on!

I've always been happy with the responsiveness and quality of the work from AIM. I would say that their cost is fair. Sesar Posas was courteous, professional and got the job done quickly. Two thumbs up!

I’ve been doing business with AIM for 20 years or more and have always been happy with the end results. There have been many different technicians over the years, but all of them have had excellent skills and a great attitude. Sesar, James and Kevin addressed my problem head-on today and made sure that the job was completed and I was satisfied. I must commend Derek and Suzie for making their business successful for 25 years by employing such qualified technicians. It must be difficult dealing with turnover and competing with much larger HVAC firms. They have found a winning formula for success. Just keep it going!

Kenny Case showed up within a few hours of my call being placed to AIM, (other companies said the earliest they could arrive is tomorrow with no promises), and he was very knowledgeable with what he was doing. Knew exactly what he was looking at and had no issues troubleshooting. Had my house cooling down in exceptional time with quality work. Very polite and professional. Definitely happy with the services provided by Kenny and AIM!

Kenny came out the day after I started experiencing issues, had the parts on hand, fixed the issue and even contacted the manufacturer to check on the warranty status and knock down the price. Full marks!

My history with AIM AC company goes back to January of 2007. I needed a new ac unit plus all new ductwork - current unit & ductwork was installed in 1984. I had a couple of companies come out and give me bids but luckily somehow I learned about AIM who was very close to my home. Derrick came out inspected my unit in the attic and my entire house inside and out. He asked if he could have the city of Austin come out and due a free inspection of my house for safety and for cost effectiveness - I agreed. Once I got the City's report with their recommendations for cost effectiveness and Derrick's recommendations for added vents + other things I have been with AIM ever since. From Day 1 all of AIM's personal are always professional, friendly and go that extra step to help you in anyway.
For example: A week ago Sesar came out to perform the annual AC check up. He did not like the way the capacitor was performing and told me that while my unit was still under warranty he recommended I get it replaced - I agreed. He also told me about covers for the outside unit that would prevent leaves and stuff from falling into the unit and could hinder the fan from performing properly. I ordered one and he installed it for me today when he came back to install the new capacitor. He also went up into my attic to adjust one of the dampers in my ductwork. That's one example of the extra steps AIM marvelous technicians take to help you. Thank you AIM and thank you Sesar.

2nd time using AIM. They've been in the area for a while. Kenny C. helped us - was fast, friendly, and knew what he was doing. Didn't waste time and blower was switched out (Carrier warranty fix) and he was gone w/in about 20 minutes. Would use AIM and ask for Kenny C. again.

AIM A/C and Heating services were great. Very professional and courteous. Sesar and James were very knowledgeable and they diagnosed and fixed my system quickly at a fair price last time they came out. They did such a good job , we decided to use them to install a new system and again they did a great job today!

When it's 100° in the middle of August and your AC goes out in Austin, you need to call AIM. They are a Lennox Premier Dealer which means they have access to the Signature line, and they offered the best price of all the dealers I spoke with. Kevin, the sales person, is responsive and knowledgeable which enabled me to quickly build trust and rapport with him.

Once I decided to go with AIM, they purchased the replacement unit the same day, and Sesar was at my house before 8am the next morning to start the installation. I was impressed that Kevin also visited my house to provide a personal, concierge level of customer service.

Sesar is very experienced and has a vast understanding of his profession and the advanced details of Lennox systems. The quality and attention to detail of the installation couldn't be better.

The unit itself is much quieter than the previous one, and it's a great relief to have the AC fixed in less than 24 hours.

My experience with Kenny was excellent! He was incredibly polite and able to articulate the things he was looking for and potential issues. I especially appreciated how he laid out a clear plan for what needed to happen next. Highly recommend!
