Reviews of local pros in Kyle, Texas

Mr. Javier Castillo was very quick in his response to helping us with our frozen pipe situation. He repaired the pipe quickly, efficiently and was very reasonable in our time of need. I highly recommend Texas Plumbers, 1 LLC for your plumbing needs.

Very fair pricing and professional work. Javier was very knowledgeable in his field and did not break our bank. I feel any other company would have taken advantage of the situation we were in. This is my go-to company I hope I don't have to go-to anytime soon.

My mother called Javier because
of the water running inside of her toilet. With his fast response he replaced a part and the problem was fixed. Javier is courteous and professional. Thank you for being so nice to my mother.

Javier was very professional and was able to come out the day after the 4th of July holiday to help fix our water leak. He and his team were able to fix the leak the same day and even came out the next morning to replace the water valve that had stripped due to old age. I highly recommend them if you are in the Kyle area and need a plumber.

Javier has saved us again! He came at the last-minute and fixed us up quick! I cannot possibly say enough about Texas Plumbers - he involves us in every step, makes sure we SEE exactly what's wrong, and never overcharges. We're customers for life!

Javier is legit, incredible. He stepped in when our original plumber couldn't finish the job. He's professional, he's kind, he explains everything, he does great work, and he follows through exactly as he says he will. Will absolutely use him for other projects in the future and you should too.

Huge thank you to Javier Castillo with Texas Plumers for providing quality work on helping us make it very affordable. Javier provider a clear explanation of services and his procedure for isolating our Hot pipe issue. He is very resourceful and a super nice person. Thank you for taking care of us and making sure we were taken care of.

I cannot recommend Javier and his team at Texas Plumbers enough, and we will be lifetime customers. Earlier this year, our 1960s era cast iron sewer pipes gave out at our home in central Austin, and we were in need of entire new system (a very intimidating task). After struggling to find a quality plumber, we were referred to Javier and his team by a friend. Javier managed the entire job end-to-end, including permitting, trenching, tunneling, laying new PVC pipe, completing all connections, installing cleanouts, and passing inspections. The job was handled efficiently and professionally with Javier's personal quality guarantee, and I can't imagine having used anyone else. Since using Texas Plumbers, I have referred the team to my brother and various friends, all of which have had similar success stories.

They did absolutely amazing. Came back twice to check on something that they had fixed without charging extra. Turns out it wasn’t their work it was another contractors work but they did amazing! Fixed the issue with my laundry drainage overflow because it was clogged. Will reccomend!

I got a notification that, I had a leak. I called Texas Plumbers; they went out the next day. My plan was to get a quote from a few places. However, after speaking with the nice gentleman, ( Javier ) I knew I could trust him. Super affordable, he's working with me for payment. To anyone looking for a plumber, this is this place to call.

We had a pipe bust in our garage while we were at work. When we arrived, we couldn’t get to the shut off valve because of the amount of water in our yard.

I frantically called 3 local plumbers before I tried Texas Plummers 1 LLC. Javi with Texas Plummers quickly said, text me your address and I will be there in 10 minutes….and he arrived as promised.

Javi was the nicest gentleman, quick to work, fixed our problem and was very reasonably priced for our urgent call at his closing time. We will be using his services again! Honest. Hard working. Dependable.

We Had a leak in my yard and reached out to Reliant Plumbing. They came out and quoted me $3,500 to replace the pipe coming from the city connection to the home. I reached out to Javier for a 2nd opinion, and it turns out the sprinkler system is what was leaking, and not the pipe from the city connection. He was very honest and thank goodness we called him. Saved us a couple thousand dollars.

Javier came out immediately to perform emergency repair work when my pipes burst under my slab. He stayed on to complete what had become a huge project. Because of his unending honesty, professionalism, kindness and courtesy through the entire undertaking, I will not use another plumber. He is rated a perfect 5!

Javier was the plumber who came to help us. He was amazing and helped us very quickly. It was a very tough central drain clog, and he made sure to clear it. He also checked the pipes with his camera and found the reason for the clog and made sure everything was completely clear. He is very cordial and the customer service was superb. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to any of my family or friends.

We had to get a hydrostatic test done after foundation work. Excellent and fast service at a great price. Thank you!

Javier is great! I had a water emergency at about 4pm during the week, called Javier, he was out within an hour, and had me fixed up with running water again about 2 hours later. 10/10 do recommend and will be calling him again if I ever need any plumbing working done.

After multiple quotes from different plumbing companies to have our entire house re-piped I met Javier and knew I could trust them with the job immediately. Kindness and confidence was presented as well as the best price quote. We had to have the job done for us while out of town for our wedding/ honeymoon as well and I’m so grateful they could do this for us. I was updated the entire way through the process, I was informed of everything ahead of time and was fully aware of the process. Javier also came last minute on a Sunday morning when I found a second leak hours before leaving on our trip to give us peace of mind and even more confidence in the situation. We came home from our trip and you could hardly tell our entire house was repaired. The Sheetrock, texture and paint was all done flawlessly. They also installed a water softener for us and insulated all the pipes throughout. I could not have been more grateful for this company and Javier to do this project for us. I was full of fear , insecurity and stress. and they made the whole thing as easy as could be. Thank you so much I will be a forever customer.

Javier was great, let me know he could come a few days early if we were available. He was quick and knowledgeable and affordable. Will definitely be giving him a call next time we need help.

Testimonial for Texas Plumber 1 LLC
I recently had a serious sewage issue and initially contacted Beyond Wow Plumbing, who quoted me $6,000 for the job. Fortunately, I found Texas Plumber 1 LLC, owned by Mr. Javier Castillo. Not only did they complete the work in under two hours, but they also charged a much more reasonable $2,000.
Mr. Castillo was quick to respond, extremely professional, friendly, and—most importantly—honest. His integrity and efficiency truly stood out.
I highly recommend Mr. Javier Castillo and Texas Plumber 1 LLC for any plumbing needs. Thank you again, Mr. Castillo. I look forward to working with your company in the future.
Sincerely,
Kissaou

We had an issue with busted piping in our front yard. Javier was on site within a day and had it finished in under 2 hours. He was very detailed in letting us know what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. He also gave us some pointers as well about our other plumbing fixtures as well. We will definitely be calling him for any future issues with our plumbing.

Great company. Javier was quick to respond and very helpful when my water main busted after the freeze. We spoke the day of, and he was out there first thing the following morning with a crewmate to repair the pipe. Very happy. Price was fair considering there was digging involved around power lines. The repair was made extra strong compared to what was there previously so this won't happen again. He and his crewmate were super nice guys. Will def be calling Javier for any future plumbing needs. THANK YOU!!!!
