Excellent service!!! My main water pipeline broke under the ground leaving my house without a water supply, after my call, they came immediately and fixed it the same day before my family returned from work and school. Travis did an amazing job, I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

This is an honest, dependable, knowledgeable company. I had tried everything myself to fix this leak in my wall and nothing worked. I called Clear and Present Plumbing because of the reviews I read and I was not disappointed! I sent a message through the website late the night before thinking someone might get back to me at the earliest later the next day and they called early THE NEXT MORNING asking if I was available that day. I was very impressed. Travis and Jesus called saying they were ahead of schedule and was I available now. When they got here I was expecting a quote and that I would let them know and they would have to schedule a time to come back. (Not sure if plumbing is different due to the nature of the business) but was floored when Travis quoted me an unexpected low price and got to work right away. He and Jesus worked together like clockwork and were done in less than an hour including cleaning up and waiting to make sure the leak was good and fixed. I slept soundly that night for the first time in a week. Thank you Travis and Jesus. You not only fix plumbing well, but reassure and de-stress the people you help and to me that is more important than anything. Sorry for the book.

Clear and Present Plumbing did an awesome job on our water softener install. Extremely professional and gave helpful guidance to keep our system in tip top shape. Also provided helpful recommendations for filters and salt to use without trying to sell us anything extra. Very happy with the service we received.

After having our water heater not re-light and trying to DIY it, I gave in and called Clear and Present Plumbing. Someone local answered the phone, listened to my issue, and scheduled Travis to come out within a few hours. He called before arriving, answered all of my questions about the options, and got things up and running for me. No unnecessary upselling and he also advised some ways to save money going forward on warranty repairs.

Travis arrived same day and quickly diagnosed the problem with our hot water heater. He had a new one ordered, delivered and installed within the hour! Very grateful for their quick and great service.

Very satisfied with this company. In the initial call, David answered my questions completely. Their price to just quote was lower than others and the level of professionalism in the first call was high, so I went with them. The work was scheduled and I was contacted on the early end of the window given. For the actual work, Travis assessed the two issues quickly and stated the price for each individually. While the work was being done, Travis received a call to check on potential issues that were brought up during the intake call. It’s clear to me that teamwork at this company is very good, judging by that call and by how Travis and Jesus worked together. I had asked friends for recommendations and had found that a lot of companies charge extra fees for “showing up” or “travel time” so I was pleasantly surprised that the price I was given up front was the ACTUAL price. Travis also showed me how to shut off the water in an emergency, which was a nice extra. Definitely recommended.

I contacted about 10 plumbers to get an estimate for repairs on a home I was purchasing. No one wanted to give me the time of day until I contacted David - he took my inspection report and got me an estimate quickly. That was enough to get my business! They got me scheduled quickly and the best part was Travis was very honest and said that some of the repairs noted by the inspector were unnecessary and only fixed what I needed. He took the time to explain what he saw and gave me great recommendations. Thank you!

We had an issue with a garbage disposal not working. David from clear and present plumbing was amazing. He helped me fix my problem over the phone free of charge. He took time to explain the problem and stay on the phone with me until it was completely fixed. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Will be using them for any other plumbing issues we have in the future.

We called Clear and Present Plumbing about a broken garbage disposal and clogged kitchen sink. Travis came out the next morning and had the whole problem resolved in a very short time. He has helped us with several other plumbing problems in the past and is very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent work!

Clear and present plumbing has become our go-to plumber. After using them the first time we felt the charge was a little high for the service offered, and when I reached out to share this feedback, they gave me a discount on my next service with them. When I scheduled our next service, which was taking out an old sink faucet, and installing a new one, as well as examining the source of a toilet leak, they were incredibly quick to answer their phone, schedule the service, and provide the discount they had committed to after the first service. Travis from their team came out and was very helpful, and offered very reasonable pricing for both services during this visit.

Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never choose this service with the way he spoke to me.

Clear and Present Plumbing, Travis Hoge, provided my wife and I a long awaited project of installing a vanity in our Laundry room today.
