I was having electric surging issues at my home. Bryan & Gerardo took the time out of their already busy schedule to come by to help. Come to find out it was a center point problem. Go figure. Nevertheless, they still installed a surge protecter as I had requested & did some much needed maintenance. Top notch service. Double G Electric will be my 1st call if I have any electrical issues. Great experience. They answered during an emergency, had someone in our doorstep at 8am and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. If you need support - call them.

Returned my call quickly and came the next morning. Gerardo and Brian are knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. I have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

Very fast and very fair electricians. I called them for an outlet install for my new oven. They came out within an hour and installed super quick. Very professional and very friendly as well. I first called Double G just to get an estimate. I was so surprised when they said they could come within the hour to get the job done. They are awesome highly recommend this company.

I called a couple of places in desperation to clear my living room of a 20 ft scaffold I had to rent and build for myself as well as clear out the mess with the old fan and the new fan that Daniel of Southwinds Electric left behind. Daniel had me to build a scaffold and left in the middle of the job because he had to go to his son's football game at 4:30 PM on the Friday afternoon. Now...don't get me wrong. His son's football game was important. However, he knew since the Tuesday when he came to replace my other ceiling fan what the job would entail before he came back the Friday afternoon at 3:41 PM. He simply shouldn't have taken the job, or he should've just rescheduled before I even built the scaffold. I was looking at the scaffold and thinking, “Lord, I know you didn’t let me build this in vain." I rested my head on the scaffold, and I rested my faith and the fate of this situation in God’s hands. THANK GOD for Crystal and Gerardo Garza of Double G Electric who worked after hours, and Gerardo came to help me out!!!! Crystal requested the pictures from me. I sent her pictures of the scaffold, the old fan, the new fan, the hole in the ceiling…THE BIG MESS Daniel left behind. Gerardo gave me a quote and came out. Gerardo came to the house, but he left because I didn’t hear the doorbell. When I looked outside, I saw the van leaving. I called Crystal, and she got Gerardo on the line. God bless Crystal and Gerardo because he came back! Gerardo did EVERYTHING Daniel said he couldn’t and didn’t do. And Gerardo did it in no time. He switched the sides for the fan blades (Daniel put them on the wrong side without asking which side I wanted). Gerardo spliced those wires, he hopped on that scaffold, and he put that fan up in no time. I was able to tear down the scaffold and return it along with the truck to Lowes by 8 PM. AND…I found out that Gerardo missed Crystal’s daughter’s birthday party because he came out to help me. God has something special in store for both of them because Crystal and Gerardo didn’t have to do it. But they did. I did send Daniel a text saying, “God is good even when people are not.” I pray that Daniel and Southwinds Electric never do this to anyone ever again. Daniel may be good for 8-10 ft ceilings, which he did do a good job with my ceiling fan in my office. But, he definitely might not be the right resource for high ceilings. As for me and my house, we will not be using Southwinds Electric ever again. What Daniel did was unprofessional and inexcusable. As a paying customer, I expect better service than to be left in the lurch especially after trying to accommodate Daniel and the electric company at every turn by building that scaffold and running to get materials he should have had when coming out to do a job he booked days ago. But God had a ram in the bush. We’ve found a friend in Gerardo Garza and Double G Electric!!! Thanks again, Crystal and Gerardo!!!!

Brilliant work done in a short duration of time! Brian and his team Sorted my problem and fixed my air conditioner, changed the whole panel box and now I can use all my appliances without any worries! Would highly recommend this team!!

From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I called them at 10am this morning, they said they could come out at 2pm that same day. They sent me a confirmation text with details confirming the appt. They called me an hour early to let me know someone cancelled and they would be arriving earlier than planned. They listened intently to my concerns (half our power in the house was out UNLESS our oven was on, which was so weird). They checked all of our breaker boxes, found the issue, checked every other breaker, and even dropped a line from the attic and quickly connected an outlet in one of the bedrooms we had been stalling to finish. They were very fairly priced, and very upfront with what they would be repairing. They left a sticker with contact information in one of our breaker boxes in case we had questions or had follow up issues. I don't think we will ever use anyone else for electrical work or issues. Top notch communication, service, and work! Thank you so much!

Second time using Double G Electric. Completely nailed it out of the park both times. First time they hung four ceiling fans. This time around they hung two pendant lights (one in entry way and one in dining room). I am always so impressed with the professionalism and quality of work with this company.
