Three Kings Grounds Keeping added a beautiful stone boarder to my front flower bed. They also helped expand the gutter to flow outside of the stoned in area to ensure we were able to keep our flowers beautiful. Ashley is amazing with follow up and communicating. We'll definitely use them again!

Three Kings did an awesome job start to finish on all my hedge trimming that I had requested. They gave me a price we agreed on, and sent the Professional Trimmer who I did not meet, but his work was Spot on, for me he nailed it. Job well done you could see he took pride in his work. Did not jump out and trim it in 10 minutes took his time and did it right the first time, I highly recommend if you are looking for yard service this company comes through.

I've been disappointed with this company for a while now. I scheduled to pay for one thing and that was to clean my yard and especially DEWEED my flower bed. I called constantly to make sure my flower bed gets deweeded and the young lady tried to play on some "word play" by saying she said deleafed lol . I could've gotten kids to blow the leaves out my yard if that was the case. I will be sure to cancel my contract when it is up in a few months.

I have had other landscaping companies before and NONE of them have ever followed my simple instructions until I started using Three Kings Ground Keeping. They have consistently been there every week on the same day and have done a beautiful job at a really great price. I can't tell you how they will respond to any problems with their grounds people cause in the two years I've had them I've never had one. If they can't make the scheduled appointment because of the weather....they always let me know why and when they will be there. They have worked hard on getting my yard looking great and it looks so much better than any other company.

Can you believe this??? I told Three Kings I no longer wanted them to mow my lawn. The response from Ashley was I was told I am under contract so I will be charged until April 2024!!! I said I never signed a contract. She said my husband signed a contract. I said he passed away 2 years ago and I do not want their service. She said well it automatically renews each year. Plus they auto debit my account. I Said I never signed a contract and they need to stop. I said do not mow my lawn on the set Tuesday mowing. They mowed today on Monday after that call. How rude!!! I am a widow. I can't afford their nonsense. Plus their mowing is awful. I told her they need new lawnmowers they leave ruts in my yard. She says I am still under contract. I can't believe my husband signed such a ridiculous contract for lawnmower on a small property like this!!!! Horrible !! I feel intimidated, angry, and not a fair way of doing business at all!!!! Just want everyone to know. Tell me if I am wrong.

We have used Three Kings Lake Dallas approximately four times over the last year and have been more than happy each time. They are out immediately to give you a quote and suggest design, then do the work timely after quote and with great care and expertise. They have done tree and leave removal, sod installation, bed redesign, and rock landscaping and all have been awesome! They are also good at using existing materials and removing excess materials. Our son was so pleased when he saw our front yard, he is going to use them now. Can not recommend Three Kings enough!!!

In our search to have St. Augustine sod installed, we contacted many different companies in order to compare estimates and services. I had almost completely resolved to go with another company primarily based on cost comparisons when Three Kings reached back out to me to follow up after they had provided a quote. Through some further conversation, I was persuaded they were the right team for the job. A few weeks down the line, I'm glad they reached back out to me. They were quick and efficient in the installation and the lawn looks great! Communication on their end, after we entered contract, wasn't always prompt but as I had questions I was able to reach them and they did provide answers quickly.

Overall, I'm grateful for their work and would highly recommend others to consider them for their lawn needs.

The service from Three Kings was excellent from the person we spoke to on the phone (Ashley) to the crew that came out and took care of our sprinkler issue. They were also very knowledgeable and informative about other items concerning our yard but were not pushy about trying to up sale us on anything. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Had the front beds completely redone. The replacement landscape was very well chosen and now gives curb appeal and color to the front of the house. The crew did a good job with the demo, replacements and finished on time. The crew worked hard and were punctual.

Three Kings is such a great personable company! They do a wonderful job up-keeping our yard every week or every other week depending on the time of year. They also do a good job communicating if there’s ever delays due to weather. Ashley really knows what she’s doing and I trust her 100% with suggestions for our yard and landscaping ideas!!

Updated 2023: I use Three Kinds Grounds Keeping for my tree trimming and weekly lawn mowing. I have never had an issue with communication, billing, or quality of the work completed. I have used there services for 5 years and will continue to so, they have great service!

2018: I had my sod placed covering my entire front yard. Firstly, they were incredibly reasonable with the pricing and explaining the unique situation we have with having 2 live oaks in the front and set up expectations that were honest and understandable. There was a delay with the installation due to rain, and they communicated without my having to call that they had rescheduled my service and when they would be coming. The Sod looks amazing. They did a wonderful job and the service crew was wonderful and respectful. Dave called me after to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction and address any concerns I had. I also get weekly service with Three Kings and I am 100% satisfied with my weekly maintenance. Just honest folks with a clear understanding of solid customer service and workmanship. 5 stars! Very unhappy with quality of service. They will quote you something, not take any measurements or do their own research to make sure that what they quoted is accurate. Then when they don’t deliver they will act like it’s your fault. After you finally get them to agree to do what’s on the quote they will delay for 7 months until you’re so fed up you cancel. At that point they will make you pay out your contract DESPITE NOT fulfilling their portion. Also if you want your yard scalped during the summer so all your grass dies then go for it but I’d recommend to STAY AWAY!

Edit: since you want to lie below, I was interested in transferring it because you said I was under contract and I didn’t want to throw away money. I tried to cancel first. What a bad look to lie online and dismiss your negative reviews as such. It’s the responsibility of the business to make sure their quotes are priced appropriately to complete the job. Not the customer.

Still only 3 stars hopefully will edit to 4 or 5 but when my yard was mowed in the past it didn't look it is edged except for this last time, when they did a great job, hopefully more to come.

They also broke every single one of my LED lights around my patio. Cheap Wal-Mart Led Lights but still mine none the less.

Will finish out the year before I make a decision on a whether to stick with them or not but they have earned at least a 2nd chance with me.

I have used Three Kings for almost a year now. I have been very happy with them. They always come every Monday to weed, trim
and clean my deck. The thing I was most impressed with is the quality of work. My yard always looks great! They have taken a lot off of me knowing that this job is always well done.

Three Kings Landskeeping does a wonderful job on our property.Lawn cutting,fertilizer,seasonal mulching,tree trimming.You name it ,they do a great job!!

Very poor customer service and adjustments to any type of service locks you in for another year…. I’ll be needing a new lawn company in April that I will gladly pay more for. Overall subpar service and very inconsistent week to week.

I contracted with Three Kings to collect and bag the leaves in my yard at a cost of $175. After a month and several follow-ups on my part, they finally performed the service. I arrived home to find dozens of plastic bags full of leaves. Our city does not allow disposal collection of yard waste in plastic bags. Why Three Kings would use plastic when it is not allowed within a city they operate completely escapes me. When I asked via email for them to correct the situation, I was told that they only thing they could do for me is offer removal service for an additional fee. How convenient. Contract to do a job for one price, do the job in a manner that is not consistent with city code, and then offer to correct for an additional fee. A complete con. I have NEVER left a negative review of any company, but this sham leaves me no choice.

Three Kings Groundskeeping truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and attention to detail. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were evident. My yard has never looked better, and I appreciate their commitment to quality work. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch groundskeeping!

We couldn't be happier with Three Kings Groundskeeping! A good friend of ours has used them for his lawn for a long time and had recently had his front walkway turned into a garden, and when we saw it we immediately wanted the same for our house. From the start they were very professional and knowledgeable about landscaping and were very patient in answering a ton of questions we had about our lawn in general and about our garden in particular. The front and side of our house had some very, very old shrubs that just didn't work for us visually, and they came up with a garden idea that used the same color stonework as the rest of the house (there's an arch above the brick in the photo of the same stone) and incorporated our ideas for pollinator-friendly Texas native plants.

They were extremely patient working with us as my wife and I's schedule didn't always sync up, so communicating what plants we wanted and different options took some back and forth, but they were more than willing to put up with a load of questions at different times. The price was great, and we paid the half up front with an expectation of several weeks before they could start. When their schedule opened up and they informed us they could get started a week sooner than expected we were of course happy about it.

Their workers put in some very long hours in some pretty humid heat but didn't cut corners at all. When we came outside to take a gander they were willing to answer questions we had as well as offering up choices for us on placement of plants and possible additions to the stone work. All told when talking to both the scheduler/planner and with the two workmen they were all always patient and knowledgeable.

It's hard to tell in the photo, but the yard from the drain spout for the gutters down to the sidewalk had been eroded a bit over the years; they automatically took the displaced dirt from the garden construction and used it to fill back in that area which was honestly such a nice touch, and to us spoke a lot to how they were the right company to do things the right way.

They managed to rip out all of the old bushes and plants along a good fifty-sixty feet of house and install the garden and stone wall in just two long, long days, but were definitely not rushing their work. The planner talked to us several times throughout the process to ensure at each step we were happy and satisfied with the way things were being done, and the constant communication was very appreciated.

We're extremely happy with the results of both their transformation of the front and side of our house, and for the weekly yard service we have through them. It was absolutely money well spent for our new perfect garden and we're already thinking of more ways they can transform ideas we have for our back yard into reality. We've only had them servicing our yards for a few weeks, so the scraggliness of the yard itself is not on them; we recently had some trees removed from our front sidewalk and the remaining trees pruned, and the ground is some hard sand and clay, but we're already planning on using Three Kings for the eventual re-sodding of our front yard due to how pleased we are with the results of their work.

We have been using Three Kings Grounds Keeping for the last year and half. They have always been responsive to all our questions and needs. The mowing crew always do a great job including clean up afterwards. My husband and have been retired for several years now and I always remembered seeing the work trucks in our neighborhood so they were the first ones to call when we needed to turn over the yard work to professionals. We have been very happy with their services including the tree trimming and other yard maintenance.

10 for 10 do not recommend. They got grass all in the pool. Did not mow under trampoline. Did not weedeat along the fence. I’m on weekly service with them and the past 3 weeks have been unacceptable. I called them last week and they assured me today would be better. It was not. and the only resolution offered was to cancel service. Nothing to correct the past 3 weeks of poor quality service. Think twice before allowing them to mow your yard. I could have gotten better quality from my 16 year old cousin.
