Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, but I can’t leave a review without at least 1 star. They never show up on the days they are scheduled, they claim to prove they mowed your yard via gps, but little did they know I was home and they mowed the neighbors yard instead and then when you go to cancel your “contract” because they refuse to hold up their end of the contract by providing services in said contract they threaten to make you pay out the remainder of the contract. Lost a friendship over this and now attorneys are involved! Run away! Fast!

The guys that come out are great but Ashley’s customer service is terrible. It truly feels like confrontation every time you try to get something adjusted, she will be the reason I’m finding another company to assist in my lawn care needs. While their mowing pricing is fine anything else you could need is overly priced comparing four other companies in the area.

Absolutely thrilled with the amazing work from Three Kings Groundskeeping! They transformed my yard into a beautiful oasis, and their attention to detail is unmatched. From the lush lawn to the perfectly trimmed hedges, every corner looks fantastic! Plus, the team is super friendly and professional. Highly recommend them if you want your outdoor space to shine!

My yard looks amazing!! They keep my beds de-weeded every week and do my mowings. They even did a big nice flagstone patio for me. Work is spot on and the crews are knowledgeable and respectful.

Three Kings maintains my yard every 2 weeks and recently cleaned my flower beds and put down mulch. Their staff is very helpful, professional, fast and leave my yard looking great.

Was charged 75 dollars for a verbal estimate. Ridiculous. The estimator refused to provide a written quote. Wanted 1100 bucks to clean out high bushes.

Website says free estimates as of 8/10/2025. I requested a refund for the "estimate", was told that's not possible.

Tried to call and speak with the owner, but you're only able to speak with the estimator. If the owner sees this and wants to make it right, they can contact me and issue a refund.

Two thumbs up!! 3 Kings helped me out on two properties I was selling for out of state owners. They have really convenient online payment options which saved me a trip to their office. Great staff set up bids and executed service in a very timely manner. You get the feeling that they have been doing this a bit. Thanks!!

Update:
I was so happy with Three Kings Grounds Keeping a few years ago with my front yard, i called and had them do both of my side yards. The process with Ashley and Dave from start to finish was another great experience, they are very prompt at getting me quotes, updating me on when we could sod (all due to weather issues.) and then the follow up after their crew was finished.
I highly recommend them for lawn car needs.

Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous, answered all of my questions, and also helped me to understand the differences in the types of lawn I would need for my shaded area. The estimate was done quickly and emailed to me with all of the information. They even worked with me on a payment plan which was a huge help!
I will be calling them back for more lawn services come the spring, and highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you again for my beautiful lawn.

If you are looking for a great company to work with you to make your home gorgeous, 3 Kings should be your first choice. Dave is absolutely knowledgeable and skilled in design and ideas. The 3 Kings crew are amazing and show dedication to bringing your ideas to life. I could not be happier with my decision to have called them many years ago and they continue to be excellent.
