Reviews of local pros in Lake Dallas, Texas

Texcity roofing did a thorough and professional job on our roof. They also removed and fixed part of roof under shingles that had become damaged. We were highly impressed with Manager James who made sure that roofing does not impact any HVAC lines. All work was done as per schedule. Material used was great quality. Paperwork was meticulous. Owner Jae has been very responsive and always answers questions. Overall we were highly satisfied by Texcity roofing and would hire them again if needed.

More than any other company, Texcity Roofing has a solid foundation from start to finish, and Brian is trustworthy because he does everything professionally. I highly recommend it to my friends as well. Thank you Brian.

James and his team were indeed the perfect team. They were all professional and friendly. Thanks to them, we were able to repair the hail damage completely. I was delighted with their work. In particular, James Lee's perfect work and kindness were the best I've ever met. I would highly recommend him to anyone with roofing issues.

A very trustworthy company. Everything Daniel said would happen, happened. And everything promised was delivered. I’m very happy I went with Texcity LLC.

I used Texcity Roofing to get some of my gutters leveled and spouts installed. Jae was super helpful, knowledgeable, and provided insight that clearly showed his years of experience. His pricing was fair and competitive compared to all the other roofing companies I got quotes from. Jae also gave a free inspection of my roof, provided an honest assesment, and didn't push me to purchase anything from him. I'll definitely use this company for all my roofing needs in the future!

We have an old roof, so we were especially nervous and scared about whether our roof would hold up against the strong wind this past couple days. Yesterday, my wife found a couple pieces of shingles fallen on our back yard. For sure, we thought that they were from our roof. Instant worry and stress kicked in immediately, so we called TexCity Roofing. They wasted no time coming out yesterday and inspected our roof. To our relief, they said that those two fallen shingles are not from our roof and told us that although our roof is old, it’s still in decent shape where we don’t need to replace it right away. In this time and age where every business is trying whatever they can to have more business, it’s refreshing to experience such honesty. While we were expecting the worst, hearing that our roof is still in good condition was a huge relief. I just wanted to let everyone know that there are still honest companies out there doing the right thing. If you ever need a roofing services, I strongly recommend giving them a call.

Texcity provided repair and repaint of the wood siding and trim on the house.
After a recent inspection, several roof vents were identified as needing repair. Texcity responded quickly and fixed the issues. They always respond quickly and get you taken care of.

I discovered the Texcity Roofing through a friend and recently used their services after hail damage to my roof. Every single person working there was incredibly friendly and always ready to address any concerns promptly. From providing estimates for the repairs to swiftly handling the roof, fence, and garage door painting, they managed everything efficiently without a hitch. Their speed and flawless execution from start to finish were remarkable. I'll definitely recommend this company to anyone I know, and should I need roof repairs again, they'll be my go-to. Highly recommended!

My friend highly recommended TexCity Roofing for roof repairs to me, and I had great experience with this company. First of all, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Finally, my roof replacement was done by this company yesterday 8/5/2021. Brian is the one my point of contact, he speaks fluent English and of course Korean as well. He is awesome and most trustable person I have never met before.

Finding roof contractor is not easy b/c this probably once in a life time? Ha, I just canceled all appointments after I met him and started recommending him to all of my friends someone who has roof damages in Austin area. I have no negative feedback from everyone. Excellent experience with Brian C. Inspected my commercial roof and said that I did not have enough damage to warrant repair. He provided roof repair estimate and did the repair as scheduled. Appreciate his honesty and professionalism. will be working with him on my other properties !

Great experience with Tex City Roofing!! We've had a hail damage back in 2023 and was not able to fix it for a long time due to home insurance issues. I was introduced to Tex City Roofing, and Jae and Brian have worked above and beyond to get the insurance issues resolved. We were finally able to fix our roof along with other damages around the house including windows, garage, and etc. They have promptly resolved my concerns and put my mind to peace. Trustworthy Roofing Company I definitely recommend!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with TexCity Roofing for a roof replacement on my home. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, James Lee, the project manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day, keeping the work area clean and safe. They completed the project ahead of schedule, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding.
What impressed me the most was the excellent communication throughout the entire process. James kept me updated at every step, even providing drone photos, which made me feel fully informed and involved at every stage.
If you are looking for a reliable roofing company that delivers exceptional service and quality, I highly recommend James Lee and his team at TexCity Roofing!

I was referred to Daniel by a friend. I had a fantastic experience working with Daniel and his team! From the very beginning, he was very patient and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. That really put my mind at ease. His professionalism, quick response, and attention to detail were truly impressive. It’s not often you find someone so reliable and committed to doing quality work. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of roofing services!

On June 24th, I called Texcity Roofing and Daniel answered the phone. I told him that my roof needs repairs. He gave me a date, told me that I don't need to be there if I had other priorities. Came a couple of days after the call and gave a very reasonable quote. We set a date, and the repair person came in, did the repair and went his merry way. Daniel sent me the before and after pictures of the repair. Through out this process Daniel was very professional and courteous. One of the best experiences I had with a company.

Had roof replacement and fence repair project with Texcity. Communication and inspection were very fast.
Highly recommended, will contact them for any upcoming future project.

Awesome Roofing Company. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond in working directly with my insurance company. They handled the communication and paperwork, and thanks to their diligence, the insurance ended up covering the full cost of the roof replacement.

The crew was punctual, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The quality of the work is excellent—I couldn’t be happier with the results.

These guys did a GREAT job! Had a small problem area with my roof and needed to patch and replace some tiles. Daniel was very personable, laid out what he saw clearly, and didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn't need. Definitely a good trustworthy company, and will definitely be using them again whenever I need roofing services in the future!

I fully appreciated James's work ethic!
So professional, transparent, and helping mentality. Neat and pleasant communication throughout the process 🙌🙌
He made this whole hail disaster into blessing!
Very Knowledgeable and honest with clients.
Hail damage is no longer headache for me because I know where to call. Thank you again James 👍🏻
