Thought I was in for a costly repair (as per other services that ghosted me) and after a quick assessment, Dan knew the fix, did it quickly, and I paid a tenth of what others quoted.

Andrew's professionalism, integrity and joyous demeanor was extremely refreshing and his multiple talents reparing our tile and sink fixtures, we're undeniably some of the best repair work we've ever had performed.

Andrew Savoy has done two exceptional jobs for me in my home. The first was drywall repair, I had one long section and 2 decent sized rectangles that Andrew knocked out expertly. The second was some plumbing I needed done after I replaced my kitchen sink and couldn’t quite get the job done myself. I recommend Andrew and I will be seeking his services again specifically in the future!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We are contacting the Better Business Bureau on this company that serves the Kyle,TX area and then proceeding with a lawyer. We have a new home Scott Felder home in Anthem neighborhood in Kyle that was just built and their handyman ruined all our cabinets and drawers which included 49 pieces of hardware and damaged the vent hood under the cabinets by using a Vacuum to get the shavings which caused scratching to a $1000 builder installed venthood. Although they sent the manager out to inspect his work the next day and she admitted to the damage and promised to resolve it, the next morning we were sent an email letting us know they are refusing to fix it and now they will NOT answer the phone when we call multiple times EVEN THOUGH IN THEIR REPLY BELOW THEY ARE SAYING WE NEED TO CALL WHICH IS A LIE because we have AND THEY ARE SAYING THEIR WORK IS UP TO STANDARD. WOULD YOU CALL THIS STANDARD???

I booked Ace Handyman Services to support a commercial business closure. Andrew Savoy was sent out for the job and let me tell you that we would not have been able to get the work done if he hadn’t been there. He was prompt, polite, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. In all seriousness, Andrew will be the solution to all of your handyman needs. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

Shaun was very informative when I called to talk to them about setting up an appointment to repair our fence. He was even able to send Andrew out the very next day. Andrew Savoy did an amazing job repairing our fence. He went above and beyond staying past his normal work hours to complete the job.

Great experience! They helped us get an appointment less than 24 hrs after calling. We were helped by Andrew to fix a light in our store. While he was here we noticed another light needed attention and he jumped right on it! He was pleasant, timely, communicative, and patient etc…. He even swept up the floor when he finished! I recently hired Ace handyman service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Andrew Savoy arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to listen to my needs. He quickly and efficiently fixed all the issues I had around the house, including repairing a leaky faucet, fixing a towel bar, and installing a new shower head. He also did a perfect color match of the grout for an exterior stone fix. The quality of work was outstanding, and he cleaned up after himself, leaving everything tidy. I’m really impressed with the level of skill and customer service. Highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch handiwork!

HORRIBLE. The quality of work is very poor and they over billed the time and sent additional persons without billing approval. I had a double bathroom door changed to open from the inside rather than the outside. Now i'm going to have to replace the entire frame/doors after they butchered them. Looks like I did it myself! Handyman came for 1 day from 10am-5pm and noon-5pm the second day. Total of 12 hours, right? He had a helper show up for a few hours both days which created double billing without any approval. I was billed for 26.5 hours @ $120 hr. and they barely got anything accomplished. $3180.00 for 12 hours of poor quality work. Hung a chandelier and had to redo it 3 times. So much time wasted. 1st time, hung it about 2 ft above the bed because he used the full length of the chain meant for very high ceilings, the 2nd time he hung it upside down with the candles facing the floor and finally got it right the 3rd time. Hung living room TV even with the entertainment center below it, so now can't use the top of it or it would obstruct tv. He accidentally cut a huge hole in bedroom wall trying to install cord hider for tv wall mount and had to do major sheetrock repair...more time wasted. Using this company was a huge waste of money and time. We complained to the owner and they discounted $1000, but even with that the $2,159.50 we had to pay was way overcharged for the time and got we hardly any completed work out of it. Unscrupulous business practices and poor quality work. DO NOT USE! BEWARE.

Professional, communicative, punctual, and knowledgeable. Great experience with the expert handyman. He took care of several miscellaneous items, including: rehang frames (and more securely), fix 2 gates, replace old weatherstripping, replace door stops. Will use again -- thanks!

Alex was able to arrive prior to my scheduled time to provide the requested services. He provided an overview of the repair and billing process. He was able to satisfactorily complete the repairs and remained professional throughout the interaction.

Alex did an amazing job. He pleased my parents who are in their mid-80’s and is used to doing handyman repairs himself. This was hard for him and he is very pleased with the process from start to finish.

Michael was very professional and collaborative. Motorized TV mount turned out great. He also rewired our router as it was previously located behind the TV (in odd place above fireplace).

We’ve used the Ace Handyman services (Lakeway, TX location) several times now and have been very pleased consistently. We have worked with Dan twice and Andrew once, and both were great! Ace is also easy to schedule with and has reasonable prices for the work. I highly recommend this service for anyone in frequent need of jobs around the home.
