Caleb was fantastic. I needed a new Heat Pump asap - it was cold! They booked an appointment the next day and the crew came out in cold and ice, spent hours installing the unit - working well into the dark. The price was within my budget, only because Caleb worked with me to get the best unit possible for my home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I love this company! I have used them for my work and home. I called Caleb and told him I had a classroom (students in it) with an a/c out. He was fast show up and was able to get it repaired the same day. At my house, I have had ongoing problems with a new a/c unit which was installed by another company. We worked with them several times and it would work for a few weeks/months and then the same problems would occur. We gave up calling them (under warranty) and because of the service I got at my office I asked West Austin A/C to check it out. The man who showed up was VERY knowledgeable about the unit we had and was able to find it had not been wired properly on the original installation. It has worked like a dream since but if we have a problem, we will always call West Austin Air!

Highly recommend and we will definitely use West Austin Air Conditioning next time we need service. Great customer service, great pricing and communication. We were very impressed!

We arrived home after being gone three weeks to find the house hot. We called West Austin Air Conditioning because of their great reviews. We were not disappointed. Because of the pleasant experience with their scheduler to the prompt response by the technician, Brian, we give five stars. Brian diagnosed the issue immediately and efficiently repaired and checked our system out. We will use them again!

Had West Austin Air out last year to replace an A/C unit. Assumed the issue with existing unit this year would result in the same. I simply texted my contact from last year, he came to my house the next day, and solved my problem without having to replace the unit. SO Thankful!

The work was timely and thorough. Although they were able to come out the same day, I know that won't always be the case. So, I commend them for this, but I based my review on the excellence of the entire service experience. We will certainly use this team again, and we highly recommend their services!

West Austin came out and repaired and serviced our AC. They were fast and didn't overcharge us! We have always had a good experience with West Austin!

Air con stopped cooling. I called first thing in the morning and they came out around 11:00 am! Fixed everything and I was cool in no time! GGREAT service!!

It would be hard to exaggerate how impressed I am with Caleb and the team. I had some very specific requirements and even though it took awhile to work through them Caleb personally persisted and got it done. I’m perfectly happy with my new variable speed system and I would recommend no other company. Seriously considering having them replace my second system, in advance of it failing, I like the variable speed, and trust their work, so much.

When we bought our house, we knew one of the A/Cs was likely on its last legs. We have had issues over the last five years and have dealt with several A/C companies along the way. West Austin Air Conditioning is by far the best we have used. When it finally came time to replace our A/C, they were quick and courteous, gave us several options, and did the installation with almost no interruption to my work-from-home day. I have been very impressed with them at each interaction.

I had 2 heat pumps and 2 air handlers replaced in my home. Along with all new duct work. I was extremely satisfied with their work. Gave me several options to choose from and clearly explained everything. They pay great attention to every detail in the install. There was minor issue with one of the new thermostats. And quickly stopped by the next day to take care of it. I highly recommend them.

While we were away on a trip, my thermostat indicated that the air conditioning was failing. I set up an appointment with great ease online with West Austin Air Conditioning and they responded the next business day and set up an appointment right away. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work quickly with feedback about future maintenance issues. The price was very reasonable. I would totally recommend this company!
