Ok, I've had water damage that requires full remediation a few times now and I can honestly say these guys went above and beyond my expectations. I got 3 quotes, and Voda was the most comprehensive in all the steps they included including sanding/treating/replacing joists and the entire bathroom floor if needed. I expected Voda to cost the most, but they came in the least expensive of the 3! Adam was very polite and professional, as was every worker who worked on the project. They were even happily willing to work around a complication I created with a separate plumber that cost them extra time. Finally, when all the work was done they didn't just tear down the plastic, sweep up and call it a day. They sent a professional cleaner who spent 3+ HOURS cleaning every part of the in-law suite, not just the impacted bathroom. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again in the event we have another need.

Voda did an excellent job on the restoration of our home. There was a problem receiving a shower kit which was out of their control. It was due to shipping issues. They made it right, in a timely fashion, with an alternative plan that was even better than what originally was going to happen. Adam and Dillion were great! Their subcontractors were excellent! I give them a 5 star rating!

Adam and Trevor showed up quickly to our house on a Sunday evening and minimized the amount of water damage from a leak in our house. Then the next three days Sergio came out to check on salvage progress. He explained what he was seeing to us and really helped us set our expectations on what would be saved and what was too far gone. We’re very impressed for Sergio’s professionalism.

I recently had a major disaster at home — a roof leak from a water heater in the attic caused a full-on flood, brought down the ceiling, and left a mess everywhere. It was overwhelming, to say the least. But then I called Voda, and within 30 minutes, Adam was at my door.

He took care of everything — immediate cleanup, organizing a moving company to take out all the furniture, and coordinating every step of the process. On top of that, he handled the entire insurance process for me. All I had to do was give him my policy details, and he took it from there.

It was such a relief to have someone reliable, fast, and genuinely thoughtful managing the situation. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve handled it all without him.

Now, we’re moving into the rebuild phase, and I’m so glad Adam and his team are continuing to take care of everything. Vodka is an amazing company, and Adam is not only a true professional, but also just an awesome person to work with.

The guys that did the work were excellent. Careful, clean, and kind. They made a few mistakes but only quickly fixed them. The more important thing is that their work made our house better than it was before. I recommend Voda to anyone.

Adam and his team did a wonderful job! They were able to get to us within a few days of calling them, and got the whole job (attic and ceiling repair from HVAC leak) done within a week. They are super communicative with me and the tenants, including pictures. We didn't go through insurance so I didn't experience that side of Voda's work, but the estimate that Adam provided me was incredibly thorough. Glad it's done and taken care of properly!

My house flooded on Friday afternoon and I called Voda and they got there within a couple of hours, around 8p and sucked up the water took readings of the walls and then brought in drying equipment. Adam from Voda was able to quickly schedule me after an in person consultation at my home.
