When the bathroom tile was still wet, he carefully and cleanly removed it to ensure proper drying. Once complete, the restoration crew came in, worked on time, and left everything looking great and clean. Throughout the process, they were very accommodating of my schedule and gave clear, transparent explanations of what was happening. They also helped coordinate with the insurance companies and were available for questions anytime I called.
