Constraction reviews in Lancaster, Texas

The ServPro was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire mitigation process. They communicated clearly, responded promptly to concerns, and ensured that every detail was handled with care. Their dedication to providing exceptional service made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of working with Brooks, Fernando and Aaron. This was a stressful situation for me and these guys made iIt 100% better. They were knowledgeable, I could tell they cared, and their communication was great. I wouldn’t wish for this incident to occur ever again but if it did, I wouldn’t hesitate to call servepro and make a special request for this same team.

We used SERVPRO of Southeast Dallas County to sanitize our whole home and air ducts. They were referred to me by someone I trust, and now they have my trust. When I was trying to determine what I needed to do for my house, Richard personally jumped in with his Team and a partner company to help me take the right approach. My decision to use a company again or recommend a company to someone is based on two things, quality of service and customer service. Customer service includes how they respond if things do not go as expected. We had one thing that did not go as expected and they fully met it and went above and beyond to serve my family. The cleaners were very thorough, more thorough than I expected. Example: they cleaned and sanitized my toilet plunger. I highly recommend them and would personally use them again.

Had a wonderful experience with ServePro....truly showed excellence throughout the project. Hayden is the best and his crew equally so! Happy to recommend.

We live in a high-rise building and the condo above us had a leak. Before we could get it stopped our baths were flooded and water had gone between the walls.
Servpro arrived quickly and decided to first address the wet sheetrock. They brought in two huge fans and opened up the wall at the base tile and ceiling. After two days of blowing the moisture had gone away!
We were able to patch and reinstall the tiles and you cannot tell at all.
We would definitely recommend them for turning a disaster into a great solution.
They also worked with the insurance company to make it seamless.
Thank you!!!

Curtis, Issac, & Fernando did an outstanding job with our case. They were fast, professional, and had clear communication. We will definitely recommend them! Thanks for all your hard work, fellas!

Very nice and repaired our leak fast and effectively!

Fast installation, quality work and AMAZING cleanliness! Would recommend to anyone looking for great service!

We had a stone fireplace surround and hearth installed. Super pleased how it turned out.

Installed a new roof and the roof leaks. He owner refuses to return to fix it. The roof has been on 1 month and it leaks around the flashing. Do not use them. If I could give a zero I would

I had a roof problem and couldn't able to find the spot where it was leaking ,but Luigiher was really helpful in finding and fixing the leakage and he is very responsive and i would highly recommend.

Luigi was great! They came out immediately and was quick to identify and fix the problem! Highly recommend!!

Luigi Hernandez and his team were professional, respectful, and did a wonderful job. They are skilled at their job and detail oriented. They also worked closely with the insurance company to make sure all queries were answered and full resolution was obtained. All in all a very positive experience. If any future need comes up we would definitely approach them. - Jini and Shyam

Hernandez Construction Group Inc. did an amazing job on my roof replacement after hail damage. The owner explained his process to me and materials that would be used upfront, so I knew that I would be getting a high quality product. Install day went very smoothly, and as the crew discovered issues that were not known before, they corrected them and let me know of all the work that was done. The crew also did an amazing job on the cleanup afterwards and made sure my property looked the way it did before they arrived. The new roof looks amazing, I would highly recommend Hernandez Construction Group Inc. for your construction needs!

Great people and Great work! Thank you!

Our house was flooded, and we didn't know who or what to do....Richard took his time to walk us trough it all...and the workers were so respectful if you need any type of work done I highly recommend Texas Reconstructors.

This company did an amazing job on my house. The owner Richard was very kind and very helpful through the whole process. I will be recommending them to people I know.

Leon and Hattie Butts had such great service with the repairs of their home. We are so grateful for the experience and the opportunity to work with this group.

Richard, Juan, and the rest of the team did an amazing job repairing our home. It looks like a totally different brand new house. There's no evidence of a house fire anywhere.

They sit and listen to scanners to chase you down after a fire, don't fall for the obey done company. Warranties not honored, after a fire they were assigned to my redo. My HVAC was installed wrong, they talk a good game but they are all wrong! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....

If there was a negative rating that is what I would give this company and they really don't deserve that. My husband and I own our own company doing window coverings and so forth. This company had a client who's house had caught on fire so they reached out to us to replace a few shutters and also spend hours on end cleaning the black soot off of most of the existing shutters. After all the work was completed and the client was happy with it we reached out to this company to collect our payment for the work. They then started going around and around in circles on who was going to pay us. The owner of they company is extremely unprofessional and even stopped answering our phone calls. Needless to say it's been almost two years and this company still owes me 850.00. I advise you to stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. They are nothing more than liars and scammers!!!
