I did not know of a cleaning service so just used Google. Craddock was great. Katie was hear for 6 hours which for 1600 sq ft home means it was thoroughly cleaned. On time, great person and great job. If I as not moving out of state I would hire this company consistently.

Craddock’s Cleaning Services has been cleaning our house for about three years. Jeremy or his crew always do an excellent job, are courteous & friendly and willing to accommodate special needs including professional carpet cleaning! Craddock’s is simply The Best!

I told him my situation and he squeezed an appointment in for me for the same day with no problems! His crew came promptly, worked very fast, and made my place spotless! I am so glad that I called Craddock for my home cleaning. I will definitely be calling for services again.

Had a very positive experience start to finish, house looked great and everything happened as explained to me over the phone.

The business itself was not honest and charged us for stuff they did not do. They left without finishing. . They didnt even offer any solutions or maybe even a discount on the next cleaning ...nothing. there are so many cleaning services out there and this was the most expensive. Not worth it!

I highly recommend this cleaning service. I was moving from my duplex to a house and I was extremely lazy with cleaning due to moving and work. Mr. Craddock came in and cleaned that entire unit from top to bottom. He did a tremendous job!! He is very reasonable priced and my landlords commended that it was left in a better manner than when they leased it to me. I will definitely be using him again in the near future!!

I have company visiting tomorrow, to stay for an extended weekend. I've used Craddick before and they were great. Not today!!!
Today was horrible... One worker showed up reeking of pot. They used ODOBAN on my Hickory wood floors when I asked for them to use my wood cleaner. Did not vacuum 3 rooms (i haven't even looked upstairs), and when they unplugged my oil plug in air freshener, they plugged it in upside down, leaking all over and into the carpet. Damage!
And You can still see dog foot prints, tennis shoe prints, stuff and someone said to me, well you have dogs. WE WENT TO LUNCH WITH OUR DOGS, SO WRONG ANSWER. They have done damage to our carpet, no doubt because they're stoned or one of them is.
Don't do it, my husband and I are having to re-vacuum, re-mop.
They used ODOBAN DISINFECTANT ON EVERYTHING! GRANITE COUNTERS, WOOD BEDROOM FURNITURE, WOOD FLOORS, AND NO, THEY DID NOT USE FLOOR CLEANER, THEY USED THE SOAPY, STICKY ONE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO
RINSE. Now, I would love for a call back from someone, I've been texting them for over an hour. Don't waste your time or money.!!! No one will call me back. My house was cleaner before they came!
