The technician was so polite and courteous upon meeting him. Very respectful and explanatory on all he was doing and what the problems were. The company kept in touch well for scheduling through phone calls and emails. I had no problem with trusting him to be in my home and never made me feel uncomfortable with having a stranger in my home.

Request was to rekey locks in a home I recently purchased, a service covered under the home warranty plan I purchased. I made this very clear when I spoke with the service technician (both by phone and in person). Leasing & Maintenance Sensation submitted a request to REPLACE ALL OF THE LOCKS to the home warranty company who then declined the claim as replacement locks are not covered. I did not know they were asking to replace the locks until I received the reason the claim was denied from my home warranty company. Cost $75, received nothing. Not happy with the company, and do not recommend.

It took the company 5 days to send out a plumber and he didn’t arrive until 4:30. He had no parts with him for leaking faucets and had to go to Home Depot to purchase them. . The tech was working on a leak on the faucet in my shower. I found him in my shower with his work boots on making the repair and walking around my bathroom. I found this unsanitary and dirty.

Technician was great. Company not so much. It took a month to have repairs made to leaking washing machine. It was simply swap out water inlet valve. 2day shipping on Amazon. It them 4 weeks to get part. All they would say. When I called was. Our technician will call you when part comes in.
