Please do not contract with this company. Work order was scheduled 10/18/24 for short head drip and tub diverter, and water drain slowly. Stated the shower stopped. I check and it did, but it the shower know was over tightened and I couldn't turn them on. When I finally did with pliers, it was still dripping. Still cannot use my shower. I tightened it as much as I could with just a slow drip. Called and text several times and promised to come back but did not. Will never contract with this company. $120 down the drain! There was more to complete than originally anticipated, but he continued the work, proactively kept us updated, and explained the details every step of the way. I had 2 separate issues. The tech said one problem was an overload because there were too many wires. That I understand. However, the totally separate issue in another part of the home was given the same problem without even removing the face plate. This issue should have been covered by the warranty. But it was denied because the tech lumped it in with a totally different issue in a separate part of the house. I called them to try and resolve the issue and left a message and I was not called back.

I want to thank Rashid Ranyyeh for his professionalism and his attentive attitude to the.customer. He worked hard all day long in order to fix my AC what several techs before him we’re not able to fix and the company kept postponing my appointments for two months until they hired Rashid and he was able to do it. Besides that he is very friendly and polite young man.

We had LMS service to clear a clogged shower drain. Our technician Barry Arellano was exceptional. He went above and beyond to solve a difficult problem, staying in contact with another technician as well. His customer relation was awesome, keeping us informed of his progress. We definitely would highly recommend them.

I’m not for sure that is still not leaking and y’all overcharged me for some work that he did not do and I would love to have some of my money back and I’m not very satisfied with how things look

Outstanding! This company found my leak quickly. Four plumbers visited my home before them and made erroneous repairs and charges that did not resolve the leak. It’s good to finally get a competent and honest vendor.

James, the service technician, was friendly, respectful and on time. He notified us as work progressed as to what he was doing and what to expect. He cleaned up the work area and left the area just as he found it. Thank you for such a caring person.

Choice Home Warranty and William Brown technician were the best part of my day today! Had my old ceiling fan out and a new one up in no time at all. Cleaned up afterward and disposed of the old fan. Highly recommended to anyone needing a Warranty service for their home! Mr. Brown is a 5 star technician! Thank you!

Gentle very professional, on time, took shoes and put something on feet, however the lights are still blinking, started again, the next day. Completed but not problem not fixed. It's not the Leasing & Maintenance Sensation that failed us it was you CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. You schedule appointments without checking with clients and the problem go on and on. Jeremy Workes was professionally he resolved my sink and bathroom issues. He introduced himself, explained his work, and showed me everything was functioning. I’d definitely contact him again for plumbing repairs. His work was excellent.

Work was done with great expertise and care! Advice was given to operation of system and issues discovered that may return die to dynamics of system when built. Directions was provided to reset and restore should system stop functioning temporarily. Mannerism and expertise of technician was impeccable. Attitude and level of professional care was stellar.

I asked both the plumber and the company to install a higher seated toilet, and even offered to pay any upcharges. It was not done and I was told that Home Depot didn't have any. I drove over to Home Depot and they had a lot of them. I'm so tired of companies and service people not listening to customers.

The gentleman who was sent out for our major electrical repair work is a plumber. Barely even looked and said the problem is in the wall so it’s not wear and tear, therefore not covered. Unbelievable!!!
He also said to my husband, why did you buy this fixer upper? Are you kidding me??!! I’ve lived in a fixer upper and this is NOTHING like that!!

Technician arrived assesed the problem and got straight to work. The issue was repaired in a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend them.
