Useless company came to house to check on a water heater, they said there was no gas coming to the house, and left. Called tenant to tell her to pay the gas bill. Tenant says gas is working the gas stove is working fine and showed me her gas bill that had been paid in full. Stay away from them

Mr. Brown was extremely professional, and he arrived on time. Our problem was diagnosed and completed in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again.

Mr Perry diagnosed & repaired my Garbage Disposal. It took him just a few minuted. He even cleaned up after himself. He was efficient and courteous, I would give him a 10 star rating but it only for to 5. Kudos to Mr Perry

Had an issue with water heater leaking from the pressure relief valve. Called Choice Home Warranty and after 10 days they send out a technician from Leasing & Maintenance Sensation. William replaced the valve and confirmed that the issue was resolved. Great work! Thank you!

Tech was friendly knowledgeable and punctual. I will definitely use him again. He is good with plumbing a/c painting and other handyman jobs also. Good to know someone like him.

Our tech that came out was very quick and professional. The job was completed in a very timely manner once our home warranty company gave the go ahead.

I can't say enough good things about William. When he called me, he was very polite and professional. We set up a day that he would out. He arrived on time. He fixed both, my A/C and hot water issue. I am thrilled beyond words. He left both areas clean, just the way I had them. Now my home is perfect. I love it! Thank you William.

Bunny did a good job, however he could not. Complete the repairs to the drywall. Not his fault. I will take it up with CHW. I was told incorrectly what would be done. Bunny is a nice guy, so again, not his fault.

Horrible experience at least here in GA. This LMS + Choice Home Warranty are the biggest scams. LMS staff calls us 10 minutes to the appointment end time asking - what is the address? What??!! After waiting between 3 and 8pm for the given appointment time, we get a call at 7.50 asking - what is the address. This is after we paid the CHW required $75 fee to LMS and until today, no one has showed up for 3 appointments and this is hvac issue in the summer. Like I said, worst experience ever and even worse when coupled with a home warranty company. All scammed. LMS is the worse. I have proof and receipts SO I DARE ANYONE FROM LMS IS SAY SOMETHING AND ILL POST THE SCREENSHOTS HERE. I DARE YOU, SAY SOMETHING!!!

The technician came out and inspected my garbage disposal unit. He pushed in the reset button located on the bottom and it started working. The technician was friendly,courteous and professional. He was excellent. He took a picture of where the reset button was located with my cell phone so if it happens again, I will be able to reset it myself.

Jared was great working on our issue. He assessed the issue and went straight to work. He was easy to communicate with and stayed a few minutes after the work was completed to make sure all was working. Great job!

Stanley completed a plumbing repair, on our toilet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate having such a great plumber, completing the project, in a timely manner.

Marvin, my technician was great on the services he provided. Easy to communicate with and keep me informed on what is happening. His willingness to continue until he fix the problem was unbelievable. Customer Service is very good.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE IN COLORADO. Sadly, my home warranty company contracted this Texas based company - they misrepresented themselves to have technicians in CO but they DO NOT, or if they do, they're unreliable and don't show up. I have not had hot water for a MONTH. They lie about calling you back and are in "meetings all day".

They were supposed to come out and clear a clogged drain, I left enough instructions in the trouble ticket when I contacted the warranty company. The technician that was sent out didn’t have a snake in his vehicle which leave me to believe he might not have been a licensed plumber, he went to rent the snake from home depot but had issues getting the tool 3 hours later the drain is still not cleared, we needed the drain cleared that day since we just returned from out of town and couldn’t take showers. They were gonna come back the next day with a snake. We couldn’t wait so we called a local plumber to come out. They cleared the drain in 30 min. Maybe they do good work but they need to have basic plumbing tools on hand if coming out to a home with known draining issues… They were courteous and nice, but I just needed my main drain cleared.

My service Technician William was prompt and professional. William was knowledgeable and also advised about an additional service that maybe required at a later date with no pressure of completing now. We will definitely choose LMS for the service mentioned as well as any other service. Thank you LMS and William for your professional service.

Very prompt in responding to maintenance requests. Very reliable in in keeping clients updated on work progress. Technician was very professional in dealing with client and handling claims. Overall job quality was exceptional. My turnaround time from filing claims to getting the job done was 3 days. So amazing!!!
