We had a wonderful technician (Brandon) who came out to our house on a weekend for a sudden heating issue. He was polite, on time, and very easy to work with. I appreciated his thoroughness and diligence. He walked me through the problem, did his best to save us money where he could, and got to the root of our issue. We were able to quickly get on with our day because of his timeliness and attention to detail. Good service can be hard to find these days, so I really appreciated his attentiveness. Highly recommend. :)

Brandon and Juan came to my home and I had a great experience. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Told me the issue with my heater in less than 10 minutes. They did a great job and had great customer service.
Also, Edith in the office had great customer service as well! Very friendly and took care of me very quickly.

He came in to repair my hvac system and ended up having to replace it. I have no complaints with the service. He was very friendly and informative and helpful.

I’m only giving a bad review because some irresponsible person for this company was SPEEDING in a SCHOOL ZONE!! How inconsiderate and ignorant to do such a thing when us PARENTS are trying to get our kids to school SAFELY! Do better.

We needed a new ac unit and Freedom was recommended. We contacted them and Hector came to our house and provided us with our options. Hector was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We selected the unit and in a couple of weeks Shannon and Robert installed it. These guys worked from early morning until late afternoon until the job was completed! They did an excellent job! Very professional installation! If you need an old unit serviced or a new unit installed Freedom is the only company to call!!! Thank you Hector and Freedom.

Francisco was very thorough and explained everything. He fixed the problem and all is working well. I made the appointment the night before online and Freedom was out the next morning at 8:00 on the dot!

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. After nearly a month of shopping around for HVAC companies to replace two full systems in my home, I’m very glad I chose Freedom. Their pricing is fair and transparent, but what truly sets them apart is their responsiveness, superior service, and honesty.

Hector, Shannon, and Brandon replaced both systems, one of which was far more complex than expected, and handled every challenge with professionalism and attention to detail while keeping me informed throughout the process. They’re also a Trane preferred dealer, and none of the other 6 bids I received came close in price, service, or warranties.

You’re in good hands with Freedom, and I recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.

Back in April i purchased a new heat pump from Freedom and Shannon and Robert did the installation! They did an excellent job and were very professional. Today I had the a/c ducts replaced by Freedom and Shannon and Elvy were the installers. Again a perfect job. They did not stop until the job was completed. I will only use Freedom for my a/c needs. Thank you Hector, Shannon and Elvy!!

Just am at a loss for words. These are honest hard working people that have helped us out when we needed it. I just can't say enough, Shannon and the young man I believe Roberto but my hearing is very bad so I apologize if I'm wrong. They did a install and beat all prices and the installation was as good and clean as anything I've ever seen done on any home service call. THE BEST
