Forest came to my house and told me that both of my units need to be replaced. He quoted me a price of 14k . Yes my unit system is old but after 3 weeks I decided not to buy a new unit because something was telling me that my system could be repaired. So i waited on my relative to come back from out of town to take a look at my unit… it took him 2 hours to repair and I spent $670 dollars..Don’t ever let people pressure you to make a decision when it comes to spending your money.

Great experience. They answer questions, are quick to respond and follow up even months after they provided the service. Will be using them for all of our A/C and heating needs.

I contacted Mr. Williams the morning my A/C stopped working. He was able to come to our home the same morning. I appreciate that he was even able to come by earlier than original time. The heat in Dallas, Texas can be brutal. He was very professional, he diagnosed the problems, fixed our A/C unit and the price was very reasonable. Hands down some of the most professional efforts I seen from a company , I reached out let him know my issue , he was honest about time and when he could make it and same day I may add got here on time , diagnosed the issue and my unit is working perfect ! My tenants AC was leaking and not turning on. I called and they came out same day, unclogged the drain pipe, and identified the reason for it not turning on. Ordered the part and came back the next day to install the part and finish up the job. Clear communication, runs all work and charges by you to get authorization before starting work. Reasonable prices. Hopefully I don’t have any issues anytime soon, but would definitely call again and recommend!

Our service tune up was done professionally and thoroughly. Forrest our technician went above and beyond by also taking care of a condensate line clean out and fixing an electrical wire issue we didn’t even know about. We paid for the services rendered, everything was explained clearly.

Forrest has replaced two original units for our house over he last year and a half. He has always been up front and provided options. He let me choose the route I wanted to go with no pressure. I have called him a couple times and he is quick to respond and provide answers, etc. Would highly recommend you give them a call and try them out.

From the first call I made when my HVAC unit gave out one evening, to when it came time for inspection, diagnostics, install, and even post-installation follow through, Forrest was always my main point of contact. My old system was bad and was not cooling my home. I booked what I thought would be a maintenance check or potential repair but ultimately had a desire to replace the unit.

Forest checked the system and explained the problem which would only be a temporary fix. After I explained to him my interest in replacing the unit, he provided me with a recommendation of a unit and the cost.

He and his workers showed up timely on the date of installation and completed the replacement. After the replacement was done Forest himself took extra time to personally walk me through all the completed work, completed the settings for my thermostat, and provided information/instructions for how to complete settings for low temperatures during the winter.

Prior to this winter cold snap arriving he’s took the initiative to follow up with me to ensure the unit would be set up properly.

I would recommend Pleasant Run AC/Heating especially Forest and his professional expertise again, and again, and again.

If you looking for a honest ac technician with great customer service then Pleasant Run ac/ heating is your go to. I have been a customer for 5 years and he has always did a great job and will not cheat you like most of these companies. I totally recommend his service and most importantly he is VERY affordable.
