Love love love i called one day and they came the same day and replaced my tree! They even helped my neighbor fix her tree.

We have used Nelly's tree service approximately four times. Each time we have had excellent customer service, and excellent product.

This Nursery is EXCELLENT!! The staff is Very Knowledgeable about a variety of plants, and they take their time to explain to you how to take of your plants. Great company and personnel.

My 1 year old Red Maples are doing great! You will however need stake the tree since they didn't. Wasn't a big deal for me though. Might be for some.
3-19-18. Backyard Red Maples doing great! 2 years later, bought some more 65 gallon Red Maples to replace some 3 year old live oaks in the front yard that came with the house and man are they gorgeous. They did stake these. Unfortunately, they did hit the main water line running to my house through no fault of their own when staking one of the trees, can’t believe the builders ran the main line the way they did. But Nelly’s (Joe) made it right. They cleaned the site before they left as well. Would highly recommend this company!

These folks have been around a goo long while. I bought a 4.5" Red Oak and two Crape Myrtles in 2000. All Survived and are nice trees. I had them move one of the Crape Myrtles last year 2016. It and the Red Oak were too big for my front lawn.

They are timely and priced competitively.

Tree died company paper work says one year warranty on planted trees. Contacted Nelly's tree service by Phone on April 4 to advise of dead tree. Went in person with receipt spoke with gentlemen in office. He looked at the pictures and made a copy of the receipt and said. You get one replacement only we will be out next week to replace. We are a little busy but we will take care of it. Here we are May 1 still have not shown up to replace the tree under the warranty stated on their invoice. I called Apr 5, April 13, Apr 18, Apr 21 and Apr 28. With the same response oh we have you on the list. Were busy we will get to you however they never call or show up with the replacement tree.

First time buying a tree with little to no experience about selecting a "good" one, let alone maintaining it. Karina took great care of me and my family!! Very happy about my red oak, shes even coached me through care tips and troubleshooting things I was uncertain of weeks after the purchase.

I had a tree installed in March 2021. We are so happy with the service that Joe and his crew. They came and planted my tree. Worked my landscape laid rocks and set a Boulder. All which was purchased at the retail location. If I ever have any questions I can easily call the in office service staff Mel or Karina and they are always happy to help and give instructions with questions or concerns that I have. If you want a great family owned business who take care of their customers go here. It was a great experience.

Bought two trees for a great price. They were installed 3 days later beautifully by a couple of hard working gentleman! We'll be back for more!!

We went there last Saturday looking for (5) 45 Gallon Little Gem Magnolias and the selection was a little smaller than what I expected but we made it work. The young gentleman that was working was begrudgingly there and you could tell right away but that didn't stop us for completing our mission. We found (3) great ones and (2) that were acceptable. We went in and paid the $2,500.00 + tax and asked about tagging them in which the guy gave us the ribbon tags and said we needed to mark them ourselves and he went back onto his phone. They arrived this morning on time and planted the trees and we are pleased with our choices. They have great prices and the showing up on time was a plus.

I purchased 3 45 gal. live oaks and they planted them as well. After 7 months one did not make it, so i called for them for warranty and he said he would be going to replace tree, here i am 4 years later and still waiting for the owner’s response. I was looking to purchase 10 more but if 2- 3 trees do not make it i will end up paying a lot more in the end! They do not keep their word as far as warranty goes, Which is for one year. Save your money and go to a different tree place where They will honor their warranty if something goes wrong

what bitter apples leaving nasty reviews... this is a small family owned business, not Home Depot , trees and plants die regardless of who planted them, to many factors to blame the Nursery... This is a great tree nursery. .Im always smiling when I see it ...they were so helpful.. loaded my tree and secured it well so it would make the drive home in the back of my truck.. I'll be returning with all my future tree and plant needs... plus the cat that adopted the tree nursery is so friendly... that's nice how they feed and take care of a otherwise homeless animal.

Joe had Mario his brother and his crew put in a Chinese pecan tree for me this past Saturday. The did world class heavy work in a matter of minutes. They were respectful of my property and considerate. Love me some Nellys.

Mel answered all of my questions and help me throughout the process. This family owned business is great, they have a good variety, quality and the staff is great (even the little ones, they have adorable cats around the nursery!❤️)

I went there to look for some hedges I am going to put up around the front of my house the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and since it was almost time to close she was very patient because I had a lot of questions I will definitely be going back there to get my Shrubbery and hedges and will recommend it to friends and family because they offer very competitive prices on their products

Nelly’s Tree Co is fantastic!! We just had a maple tree planted in our backyard and we are so happy with it! If you need trees or other plants and flowers for your yard you have to go see what they have!!

Amazing small family owned business with extremely reasonable prices!!

Not sure how this plant nursery has a 4.3 rating when the only person at the nursery couldn’t tell us the difference between an evergreen, perennial, or annual. We bought all of our plants from this nursery and had over 12 of them die over the first year when they planted the plants and stating they will not warranty. Highly would not recommend this nursery. Go to Roland’s nursery, they will actually know what they’re talking about and take care of you.

I bought 5 trees from Nelly's Tree Co last year in July after my Daughter's birthday. 3 Survived. We paid for installation and the installation was very quick. 1 tree died immediately, the 2nd to die we realized this spring did not produce leaves and yesterday we saw it was completely dead. One tree that immediately died was replaced by Nelly's because I had the receipt in hand, but they said they won't do it again even if it dies, which it has. When they came to install the Italian Cypress that died, the installers were not kind and very irritated, the second tree to die was a $375 tree to match trees on our property. I called and got no answer, my husband went to the nursery and spoke with Carina and she said they'll do nothing for the $375 dead tree that they installed. I was trying to find out about their record keeping and ask if they'd be able to help us because of all of the trees that we purchased from them and she said they don't keep records. That everything goes to the attic and that she can't help without my receipt, she then quickly said "Ma'am, I can't help you without a receipt and I have other customers."

Buyer beware. Seems about half trees will surely die and they will only offer a year warranty if they installed it and YOU KEEP your receipts. Otherwise, your dead tree isn't their problem.
