I contacted Mr. Tree Service after seeing their ad on a Google search. Miguel showed up the next day to provide me with an estimate. He said he would arrive at noon the following day to complete the work. I texted him a little after noon to ask if he was delayed, he replied immediately saying the previous job was taking longer than expected. He kept me in the loop as to his updated arrival time.

When they arrived they brought a wood chipper and a truck to take all the cut brush away. They worked safely, quickly, and effectively to remove all trees as discussed. His staff were polite, friendly, and respectful. I will be keeping his magnet on the fridge for the next time I need tree services.

KUDOS!!! To the Mr. Tree Service Owner and Staff for such an Awesome experience. I was totally blown away with the incredible customer service and Professionalism displayed even from the first "hello" on the telephone. In particular, Miguel is truly a difference maker, his expertise, knowledge base and people skills are bar-none. He is a Great example for others. I have always been told that actions speak louder than words, well his actions are telling an incredible story. I am not sure who is on the panel for hiring, but you all need to be commended for the entire staff selection!!!! Mr. Tree Service is the epitome of workmanship.
