Couldnt put no stars No customer service at all just run arounds could never connect to some one to give me any information

Request repair since December 2023 and repair has still not been done as of Feb.14, 2024, called several times no answer, no show for when appointment stated in Jan. 27th 2024. Bad repair service company for contract labor for Sears (Armadillo Appliance in Laredo Texas) Kenmore Washer plug 🔌 even broke off the grounding off plug, and the technician refused to replace 😳 repair and report it on the service call. I need a new washer, that's why I purchased the warranty at the store when it was open.

Quick diagnosis and timely repair. 100% satisfied . Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

My appointment kept getting moved further and further, I was without my washer for exactly one month. The appointment they quote you will probably not be the correct date. Expect delays!

It was the worst service experience I've ever had. First, after waiting six weeks for them to come, the supposed technician arrived, replaced the parts that were supposedly the problem, and told us it was fixed. My wife asked him to test it, but he rudely refused and quickly left our house. When we turned it on to check, it still wasn't working, now we have to wait until next week, completely des appointed!!!!

Out of many places I called in laredo he answered the phone...after speaking with him and him questioning what the problem was he then asked for my address. I then spoke to his daughter, she said he was searching on Google for the address. The way she spoke to me was that he was on his way out the door and he will call right before arriving do I then went to the bank to get cash for his repair service...the man never showed up or called and not a word till this day.
I guess some people just don't want to work.
Anyways 2 thumbs down for Flores appliance !

Called him to ask about repairing an electric stove. He answered, ask for my location and happen to be near by. Came in accessed the repairs needed and had all the parts and fixed within 25 mins. That is what I call service. $155 for parts and labor.

Mr Estevis has been my appliance repair man for over 20 years, so professional, and has very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend him
