Was hired to go repair pool pump and left it with a half done job, didn’t repair fully. Want to charge me now to repair it, should of done a better job from the beginning, very unprofessional.

These people have the most inconsiderate drivers working for them.
They drive like maniacs around our neighborhood when we're walking our dog. I don't have a pool, but of I did I would not support this business.

I had Border Pools clean my pool. They broke off the filter cap in the bottom of the pool and left it. They tried to take off another filter cap and couldn’t so they left one cap with the screw half way out. If a child’s hair gets in the filter intake with no cap or gets their hand inside they will not be able to overcome the suction and swim to the surface. I contacted them about the damage and they said they would try to fix it. This was a month ago. If you care about your children do not let Border Pools service your pool!

They came to my home and cleaned the filter for the pool and spa. They did a great job and were extremely polite and professional. Their prices where very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM - They are rude and have no sense of professionalism (no shows/severe tardiness, neglect of equipment/surroundings, lack of common sense, aggressive behaviors, and mismanagement of time).

I gather that this is a father-son business from my interactions with them. I called the office number to voice issues with their service. The father answers and starts arguing with the son during my call with them. Then the son, Roberto, gets on the call. He starts yelling and using vulgar words at me!!!! I guess this is how they treat their customers and PEOPLE in general???? They are in the wrong line of business if this is how they interact with others.
