Constraction reviews in Laredo, Texas

We have use them for the past 5 years. We get our carpets shampooed once a year. They do quality work and my carpets always look new. Highly recommend.

Trusted them to go clean my son's apartment while working out-of-town only to come back and find out EVERY light in the apartment was on almost a week!! Don't know why the would do that if we paid for them to clean the carpet. Not go into the bathrooms, washroom, kitchen, diningroom and living room and turn on the lights. We had hired someone (family member) to clean the apartment before the carpet cleaning and have proof of pictures of everything clean and this carpet cleaning company left a mess and dirt all over the place. I had to call them 3 times just to get a receipt. Will show proof to apartments on how bad their customer service is. DON'T TRUST THEM TO TAKE CARE OF UR PLACE!!! U MUST BE PRESENT AND WATCH THEM LIKE A HULK SO THEY WON'T LEAVE A MESS!!!

We can't say enough good things about the crew from Image . From the first phone call they were responsive, kind and so professional. They got right to work stopping the flow of water and mitigating the damage. Very grateful for all their help

Very satisfied with the service and results from Image Carpet Cleaning. We got 3 mattresses deep cleaned.. old stubborn stains were cleared and they all look new with very refreshing scent. I contacted them via fb messenger on a Saturday night at 11pm and received a response immediately, then got the service the following day which is a Sunday! We’ll sure be supporting this business for other future needs :)

Mark was super helpful and did a fantastic job! The house and carpet smelt amazing after he was done. I have small children who spill stuff on the carpet constantly and the carpets were a brown color but after the treatment, it looked like a completely different carpet, cream colored. It wasn't crunchy or stiff afterward but soft and fluffy, totally recommend. I have rented machines before but it is no where close to the quality you get with this company.

Excellent service provided during a disaster we did not plan. They came to my house fast and did an awesome job drying the carpet. Professional Honest, good price, and they left my house better than it was before !

Fast, reliable, and true to their word. The stair case is our most heavily traffic area. My dog would sleep on the platform creating dark spots and what a change! Thanks!

Fernando and Armando worked on our office recently. They did a fantastic job. This is our second time using Image Carpet Cleaning. they have always been consummate professionals and super competent. I highly recommend them!

Amazing service and quick! Came to my rescue even on their day off!

This company went beyond what i expected prompt service and they explained step by step will definitely call them if I ever need them.

I've had this company clean my carpet on three occasions thru the years, and always find that the staff were very courteous and professional willing to go the extra mile to help with the problem at hand. The owners are local people you can rely on for added support should the need arise. I will surely use this service again and highly recommend them for their expertise!

Extremely satisfactory work. The couches smell amazing and it’s like getting brand new furniture. Beyond happy with the results. Fast service and great pricing. Highly recommended. A+++ work

They did an amazing job at my job at AT&T. We had a lot of carpet stains that couldn’t go away with our regular carpet cleaner machine. So glad they were able to get rid of any eye sores at our store. Thank you once again

I had been struggling to clean some stubborn stains on my floors. I've only been in my new house for a year, the tiles had marks from the move, my children, and everyday life. I'm so glad I decided to get help and contacted Image Carpet. Now my floors look even whiter than when I first moved in!

Since they were here already they offered to clean my stairs and carpet upstairs, they also did an amazing job with that.

Our sewer line was damaged when fiber optic was being installed in our neighborhood. On 12/30/25 we woke up to a flooded space(1 bedroom, 2 hallway closets, restroom, living room). The party responsible for the damage brought Image Restoration and Cleaning Laredo and we were so pleased and impressed with their explanation of process to get our home treated and the equipment that was brought. Flood damage was more than I could imagine, yet the owners were very honest with communicating what needed to get done. They were consistent with the treatment and went above and beyond to get the job done. They answered calls late in the evening when I came upon a question. We were caught in this ordeal at the end of the year and the owners were so sweet to invite us to their home to spend New Year’s Eve with them. This says a lot of the type of people they are, open to welcoming strangers to spend a holiday with their family. We would highly recommend their services.
