We called last week for a quote and within less then an hour someone stopped by to give us a quote. We then stopped by the store to look at our options and we were given great service. Our carpet is now installed and we are loving it! Thank you Carpet World and all its employees who did an excellent job!

Carpet world is the way to go if you are in the market for new flooring. The management is very honest and fulfils what they say they are going to do. The prices are way better than the big box stores. They truly put the customer first. The tech that worked on my new carpet was professional and thorough. I truly recommend you go with them for whatever your flooring needs may be. They did a beautiful job with my my home. It is rare to find a business who truly puts your satisfaction before profit. I'd like to share my experience with the folks at Carpet World. I wasn't quite sure which carpet I wanted for my den and bedrooms. Mr. Guajardo helped me pick out the carpet and it was perfect. The 2 "techs" that came could not tell me if they were test or remediating. They said their manager would call me to let me know. Never did. They said they would come on a certain day, twice, never did. then you just a bill on what they did, but had no knowledge of what they were doing when they were here
