Had a pinhole leak in a water pipe which lead to mold on the surrounding sheet rock. Servpro was able to identify the problem and implement a plan to repair the damages and eliminate current and future mold problems. They were very responsive & worked quickly. The fact that they were able to offer me turn-key service was a huge bonus - sheetrock removal & replacement, plumbing, mold mitigation, painting, etc. At the end of the day - Joseph and his team did great work. My experience with ServPro was great. My USAA insurance recommended them for water mitigation for my house. After they finished the water mitigation, I hired them for construction, as well. They did a phenomenal job and they made it look easy with no problems interfacing with my insurance. Ismael Delgado worked with my insurance and responded fast to any issues or concerns my wife or I may have had and as well to my insurance. At all times, he and the crew were very professional and punctual with their commitments to me.
I recommend any and all to their services and all those that deal with USAA insurance like myself to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Our water heater in the attic burst in half causing a waterfall through our ceiling! With the help from Servpro of North Laredo, we managed to get through this disaster! Their crew was very courteous, knowledgeable, and hardworking. They made the process very smooth and now it looks "Like it never even happened"! Yes, we had our water heater spring a leak in our attic. Jamie and Issac were very professional and great at explaining what they were doing and very patient with me when I was asking 100 questions. The guys were honest, respectful and very professional! Since I work from home they were also very nice and polite when needing my attention from the office. I even forgot to take photos before they started their work, which they did grab, but they were nice enough to also explain the process of next steps in this journey of repair/restoration.

This was my first encounter with SERVPRO and it was actually very smooth. They not only assisted me with the water damage at my house, but they also assisted me with the insurance claim specialist to ensure he understood what needed to be repaired or replaced. It was a hurdle with the insurance but SERVPRO proved their point and all was approved and completed. Plus, everything was completed rapidly and looks as if nothing happened, great quality work.

I had a wonderful experience with ServPRo! They helped repair damage to my drywall caused by a leaking AC unit. They were professional and prompt and finished the project within 2 days.
