I’m really thankful to have found a heater repair company that is honest and reliable. From the beginning, Geoffrey came out to give us an estimate, and everything was scheduled smoothly. Earl and Collin did a great job repairing our heater, working quickly and being very polite. Even after the work was done, they followed up to make sure we were happy with how the heater was running. I’m definitely pleased and have recommended their heater repair services to my family and friends. They offer fair prices and are always professional. I only wish I had found them sooner.

They were very professional and finished the furnace repair quickly. The owner came out himself and fixed an issue with my electric circuit box that was affecting the furnace, and he did it for free. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, professional service and great follow-up after the job is done. When I had some trouble with my furnace and noticed a leak after a big rain, I called them again. Nolan came out to check everything, including my water heater and the furnace unit in the back, and even did some extra work at no cost. He also went up to the roof to look at the leak and was able to fix the main problem right away. He told me if the leak comes back, just give him a call and he’ll come back to take care of it, again at no charge. This shows how much they care about their customers and the quality of their furnace repair work. I didn’t even need to get an insurance appraiser involved. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

5 star review all around! Service Pros Heating & AC Laredo repaired our furnace and got it working perfectly. The old furnace had issues for years, but now it’s running smoothly and heating the house just right. Ross was great and explained the pricing clearly, including information about possible rebates. Landon and the rest of the crew handled the furnace repair quickly and made sure everything was tidy when they finished. They chose a better spot for the thermostat, which has really helped keep the temperature even throughout the home. I’m very happy with the whole experience!
