I had my fridge go out in the middle of the summer after just having restocked all my groceries and was living out of my ice chest for a week when I called this service repair place and they sent someone out that evening to start work. Refrigerator works great now and would definitely recommend calling this company before calling any other repair place!

Called to see if he could come and look at my fridge that wasn't cooling . He was at my house within 30 mins and found the issue with in five min. Unfortunately he was un able to do the repair bc the part is on back order but he did give me a temporary fix to

The best in Laredo! Several people came to my business and no one could figure out what my problem was with my AC units, he fixed it in less than 2 weeks. Also they guarantee their job!! More than 5 stars well deserved.

I wld give this guy 0 stars. Sloppy Rude and unprofessional. We called him to fix our washer charged us 60 $ just to come assess it. Then at the end he wanted to charge 450 for the job. During his second visit he didn't turn off the water main before messing w the water faucet. He broke one and water gushed all way to the ceiling and everything. The door got waterlogged and warped. Said the part that is needed is not expensive will be 150 $ less. He then said he didn't have all the parts so had to leave and come back again. Comes back next day wants to charge me 350. I said no u need to take off 100 for the damage to my ceiling, door and other belongings. I said 250 should be ok. He tried to argue that it was not his fault the water sprayed so much. I said should of known to turn off the water main to avoid it. Its common sense. Then he said 345 but he wld remove the warranty. Pfff. Like I wld call him back. I refused said 200 w 60 already paid is fair after what happened. He was so rude. His response was look its and old house like saying it doesn't matter. Like it's ok to come damage my house and not care bc it's old. Then he left saying because my dad was a veteran it was free. And he left said he will never come back. As I said before. No need. Sloppy job. BTW washer still doesn't work properly. It won't drain properly and smell like burning rubber on spin cycle. Useless to call this guy.

I highly recommend, Mr. Auces (Polar Tech) Mr. Auces professionalism is quickly noticed. He fixed my washer and ask him about my refrigerator having a leak and he fix it as well. I will tell my friend of this service when needed.

Mr. Auces was very professional, punctual, reasonably priced and thoroughly explained the problem. He addressed the problem on a Saturday and I had a working washer with a brand new part by Monday evening. Excellent service, thank you.

I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Javier. Told him the dishwasher water was not draining and the ice maker has stopped working. He went by and tested the dishwasher, and said there was nothing wrong with it. After he left the dishwasher was started and the problem continued. I called him back and sent him a video so he could see for himself and I never heard back from him. The ice maker, he took the cover off and then checked the filter and said the Ice Maker would update have to be replaced. After this experience, I felt as if I had thrown $90.00 in the trash.

Javier was very professional. He had given me a tentative time to be here. Because of schedule changes he was able to acomódate my needs to an earlier time. Took him less than 10 minutes to find and resolve the issue. I will recommend his services with any concerns or issues.

Repair tech that came was able to locate the issue in a matter of minutes and even suggested to us to call the company to see if the parts he needed were still under warranty. He gave us some steps to do to get our refrigerator back in running order in the mean time. Thank you again

Javier did a though inspection of our washer machine. He explained what had caused the machine to break down an, recommended we buy a new washer this one had served it purpose. He was genuine and sincere. I liked that. Thank you polar Tech. I recommend this service.

Javier came and did a diagnostic on our washer, he ordered the Parts and had the washer working in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable of his work. I highly recommend him, I would hire him again.

Mr. Auces went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more grateful. He arrived within an hour of our call which is completely unheard of based off of the home repairs we've had to do recently.

Not only was he extremely punctual and professional but he also took the time to explain the issue we were having with our air conditioner unit. He didn't have to do that; we are rather clueless as first time home owners. He could have just done the job and left or he could have inflated the issue because we wouldn't have known any better. But he didn't do that, he was beyond helpful.

Also, we called several businesses that either wouldn't come out after 6 pm or they'd charge you an arm and a leg for doing so regardless of the problem. Polar Tech is reasonable and trustworthy which is so important for clueless first time home owners like myself.
