He came the same day I called him. We had to wait since he did not have the part that same day. When the part arrived he came right away and fixed our refrigerator. There were some issues after the repair with our fridge but he came out again and fixed it again without charging us. We are very satisfied with the service and would use Polar Tech again.

Tech went and checked my dryer, stated that the heating element and a fuse was bad, charged me $280 just to find out that the dryer was still bad and not heating up how it’s supposed to, I would have to dry the clothes in three cycles, he gave me his word on the warranty, whenever I contacted him to report the problem he messaged that he would be there the next day, then the next day came and I waited till 6pm for him and contacted him again and he said that he wouldn’t be able to go until Monday, he gets there Monday and asks for me to call him, all just so that he can tell me that the dryer is working correctly, I was like how in the heck is it drying correctly if I have to dry the clothes in three cycles, he said it’s cause your filter was dirty, I said, “sir that’s the first thing we check, what you found was from the last load”, but before I could finish explaining to him he cut me off very rudely and insisted that the dryer was working when it is obviously not. This guy is not professional at all, he won’t even clean the duct coming out of the house even if you pay him, I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone, very bad service and warranty. Never again will I ever use this tech.

The owner (Mr Vasquez) was super helpful via cell chat. He even told me several trouble items to check allowing me to fix it myself instead of him coming over and have to charge me a Service Call fee. His advice was genuine & I fixed myself & saved $$.
I highly recommend him this honest man!

Mr. Auces offers great customer service which is rare in this field of work. Quick to respond and punctual. He was very transparent with costs of parts and his labor is reasonably priced. Repair was done in a couple of days even considering parts were ordered. His professionalism shows that he is very conscious that clients have an urgency to get the appliances fixed.

Jorge, (the owner of this repair service) did an excellent job of repairing my refrigerator.
Years ago he also repaired my refrigerator but had a tougher time of it as the cheaper compressor was used, but he came back to make it right, so I consider him to be a very responsible person who cares about his work.

He is not 24 hours as advertised. I called him two weeks ago on the weekend when our washer broke and he refused to fix it till Monday. I called him on Monday and he said he didn't have availability till Tuesday. When he came he spoke to my dad and they negotiated. $500 to fix it. Seemed too expensive. I talked to him and he said that it was better due to newer washing machines not being as durable as old washing machines. I accepted. He didn't want to show up to work until the following Monday. With Christmas on the weekend I tried to understand. When he finally showed up he made a mess and didn't even advise us. He left grime all over the front door. I had to call the home owner's insurance to file a claim due to him breaking a corroded pipe and destroying the ceiling and door. He didn't apologize and disrespected our home. The only reason he says he didn't charge us the $500 is due to my dad being a veteran. He charged us $60 for diagnostic. The washing machine is STILL broken. He said the damages he did didn't matter because our home is old. He called my sister a Karen for complaining. He has very good reviews so I'm wondering why he decided to give us such poor service. A waste of our time and money and brought drama into our home.

Highly, highly recommend! Quick to answer and was at my home within an hour. I was told my dryer could be fixed and what he recommended. I agreed and he went back to fix it. Unfortunately, the fix did not work. He called me to explain the issue and it would not be worth the time or money to repair. They easily could have patched it and taken my money. Extremely honest, friendly and professional.

So glad I came across Polar Tech when the burner on my stove stayed on high all the time and my warranty service required me to find my own repair service. Javier was prompt, professional, and quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and scheduled installation as soon as they arrived. He also was able to provide all the documentation I needed for reimbursement from the warranty service. Highly recommended and I know who to call if something else breaks down!

Jesse's electric has the best service I'm grateful to have call them..I did call other companies but they gave me different Is options and there prices very high. It's sad that nowadays everyone is out to make a quick buck..Eddie was the one who help me out since day one .He got the job done..very professional and respectable.. thanks looking forward to connecting them in the future to wired my new house in the future..

I was very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of the technician. I had 2 other electricians and AEP come out to the house to try and figure out what was going on. Carlos solved the problem in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Jesse’s Electric.

Ghosted me day of appointment, left me to explain to my renter’s of my home why they had to wait even longer to hopefully get some electrical things taken care of. Kept sending me straight to voicemail an hour after appointment time, texted me to leave a message, texted back and didnt get a response until i said i was done and was going to leave an honest review. Very unprofessional when it comes to communication, couldn’t imagine how professional his craft could be. Don’t waste your time.
