Great customer service, on time very professional got my AC working after another company recommended a new unit.

GC Refrigeration are always so available and attentive. Autumn, Nick and their entire staff simply know the industry to the to perfection . They are super detailed and clean .

Beware with this place. They will try to charge you after they charged the company that covered the repairs because of warranty. They did a really poor job “repairing and remounting” my kitchen air vent. It fell off and a year later they want to charge me a ridiculous amount because the labor wasn’t covered. That was never disclosed to me. If they would’ve told me they would be trying to charge me $90 for “travel” and another 400 for labor I would’ve said no. Very shady business.

We manage an Airbnb, and one evening as we were preparing for guests to check in, our refrigerator broke down. GC Refrigeration came to the rescue at 10 PM and saved the day! Their willingness to show up after hours and get things running again speaks volumes about their dedication. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and their technicians are efficient and dependable. It’s rare to find a company so committed to excellent service. We’re grateful to have them as our go-to team for all our refrigeration needs.
