Loved the quick service and courtesy

I called the company for their service and they said that they would need to check if they had technicians available for the morning since my ac unit was in my attic. They got back to me and told me that they did not have technicians in the morning and they “recommend I go look for another company”. I told them that I wasn’t in any hurry and it would be fine with me if a technician could come out within the next few days. They said they would call me back to let me know and never did.

Great service from them. The team was prompt, professional, and fixed my AC issue quickly. Highly recommend!

Called this company because my fan motor gave out. They quickly came to service my unit diagnosed and fixed the problem. They even went the extra step to remove the leaves and debris that had accumulated at the base of my condenser housing over the years as a courtesy. And their pricing was fair compared to higher cost repair companies.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They showed up 15 mins after I called. They inspected my a/c system and explained everything to me. Even took pictures to show me.

Picture this, it's nearly 5 pm on a Friday, and your A/C goes out when it's 98 degrees outside. I called a bunch of different places, but Mo-Tech was the place that saved the day. Our technician, Julio, showed up in less than 20 minutes and fixed the issue in about the same amount of time. He was quick, efficient, and kind. And he saved us from what could have been a grueling weekend with no a/c. I cannot recommend Mo-Tech's service enough the next time you encounter an issue with your a/c. Don't even think about it, just call them!

Jr Mota was very professional and honest. He serviced our AC unit. He cleared out a stopped up drain that was overflowing onto our floor. He cleaned our unit thoroughly and added more gas to our unit to keep it cooling properly. You did a great job! Thank you Jr!!!
