Reviews of local pros in Laredo, Texas

Enjoyed my cleaning service! The workers are very quick and know exactly what they are doing thank you!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM - They are rude and have no sense of professionalism (no shows/severe tardiness, neglect of equipment/surroundings, lack of common sense, aggressive behaviors, and mismanagement of time).

I gather that this is a father-son business from my interactions with them. I called the office number to voice issues with their service. The father answers and starts arguing with the son during my call with them. Then the son, Roberto, gets on the call. He starts yelling and using vulgar words at me!!!! I guess this is how they treat their customers and PEOPLE in general???? They are in the wrong line of business if this is how they interact with others.

Left my mattress super clean. Arrived at my house fast & extra - my house smells nice.

Super professional staff. They were able to remove pet odor for a vehicle I had recently purchased. Will definitely use them again!

They are really good at their trade, and the person that came and did the job was really professional and you could tell he took pride in his work. Look no further you will be satisfied with their work.

They cleaned my a/c ducts really good, I had mold on my vents and they cleaned and disinfected my whole a/c system. Now we can breathe clean air no more scratchy throat 🙂

I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anybody moving and needing help cleaning. They are quick to respond and can fit you in very quickly.

After the boiler flooded several rooms in my house, image carpet was able to restore my house back to normal. Thank you so much for coming out to my home during an emergency. Highly recommend Image Carpet Cleaning!

Excellent business for grout cleaning!!!

Image Restoration & Cleaning is the “go-to” business in Laredo for carpet cleaning. I have used their services repeatedly and consistently refer their service to others.

Recently discovered they also do grout cleaning. 20 year old grout now looks like new!!!

Image is always polite, on time, and provides excellent service. If you need residential or commercial carpet service, grout cleaning, or emergency response due to residential flooding, image should be your first call.

I've been using Image Carpet Cleaning for several years and they have always been very accommodating with our schedule. They are very timely and very professional and do great work! Highly Recommend!
