Excellent service we had water everywhere they came in under 30 minutes extracted water and put fans and other equipment to dry everything within a week everything was back to normal with repairs and everything done. Thank you for your prompt response. Highly recommended

They did an amazing job at my job at AT&T. We had a lot of carpet stains that couldn’t go away with our regular carpet cleaner machine. So glad they were able to get rid of any eye sores at our store. Thank you once again

I had been struggling to clean some stubborn stains on my floors. I've only been in my new house for a year, the tiles had marks from the move, my children, and everyday life. I'm so glad I decided to get help and contacted Image Carpet. Now my floors look even whiter than when I first moved in!

Since they were here already they offered to clean my stairs and carpet upstairs, they also did an amazing job with that.

Our sewer line was damaged when fiber optic was being installed in our neighborhood. On 12/30/25 we woke up to a flooded space(1 bedroom, 2 hallway closets, restroom, living room). The party responsible for the damage brought Image Restoration and Cleaning Laredo and we were so pleased and impressed with their explanation of process to get our home treated and the equipment that was brought. Flood damage was more than I could imagine, yet the owners were very honest with communicating what needed to get done. They were consistent with the treatment and went above and beyond to get the job done. They answered calls late in the evening when I came upon a question. We were caught in this ordeal at the end of the year and the owners were so sweet to invite us to their home to spend New Year’s Eve with them. This says a lot of the type of people they are, open to welcoming strangers to spend a holiday with their family. We would highly recommend their services.

I recently hired Image Restoration and Cleaning Laredo for a professional tile floor cleaning service, and I’m very satisfied with the results. From the start, their customer service was responsive and friendly—they explained the process in detail and scheduled the appointment at a convenient time.
The cleaning team arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. They took great care to protect nearby furniture and surrounding areas. The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful, and worked efficiently.
After the service, the difference in my tile floors was remarkable. Years of dirt and grime were completely removed, and the tiles looked brighter and more polished. Even the grout lines, which had become dark over time, looked nearly new again.
Pricing was fair for the quality of work provided, and I appreciated that there were no surprise charges. They even gave me tips on how to maintain the floors between professional cleanings.
Overall, I highly recommend Image Restoration and Cleaning Laredo to anyone looking to restore the beauty of their tile floors. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Hands down the best carpet cleaning company I’ve ever used. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and made my carpets look brand new. Even old stains came out way better than I expected. Everything smells fresh and clean, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets looking amazing.
