Nathan from Paul's Air Duct Service was incredibly professional and courteous. He took the time to break down each aspect of the air duct cleaning process, making sure I understood what was going on and what was necessary for the cleaning. I truly valued the dedication he showed in making sure everything was functioning properly. His colleague, Duane, was just as meticulous in his work. We recently acquired our new residence and Nathan and Jaime from Paul's Air Duct Service performed an outstanding job on our air ducts that had been neglected for three decades! The entire house now exudes a fresher aroma and it's reassuring to know we're not breathing in dust accumulated over many years. In summary, the experience was truly exceptional!

We were really impressed with the job done on our air ducts and vents. The air in our home feels much fresher now, and we are very happy with the service provided. nathan and duane did a great job cleaning the air ducts at my house. they worked efficiently, were honest, and answered every question i had. jaime was very friendly and shared helpful information about my duct system that i didn't even know. overall, i highly recommend their air duct cleaning service and will definitely use them again.

paul's air duct service came to my home in lavon and did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts. they called ahead to let me know when they would arrive, which i really appreciated. jaime explained the whole cleaning process and even showed me before and after photos of my air vents. the team was friendly, professional, and paid attention to every detail. the pricing was clear from the start, and there was no pressure to buy extra services. i highly recommend them for anyone who needs air duct cleaning.

Nathan arrived precisely when expected and did an exceptional job with our air duct cleaning! When he showed us the state of our ducts, we were relieved we decided to get this service. Our house, built in 1965, had never had its air ducts cleaned before. Even before Nathan finished, the house already smelled noticeably fresher. He went the extra mile and even repositioned the furniture I had shifted to facilitate his work. I can't recommend Paul's Air Duct Service enough! The service they provide is outstanding!

My husband and I had just moved into our first home in Lavon and knew we needed some air duct cleaning right away. We found a coupon for Paul's Air Duct Service in the mail and decided to use them for both our duct and carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaning turned out great—no issues at all. All the old smells were gone, and the carpets dried fast. But the main reason for this review is the duct cleaning. Duane and his crew came out and cleaned every single vent, which clearly hadn't been touched by the previous owners, even after they did construction inside the house. They did a fantastic job getting all the dust and debris out. Afterward, my husband, who has asthma, could breathe much easier, and the heat was much more even throughout the house. We did have a small issue when the heat stopped working the next day. Being new homeowners, we weren't sure what to do, so we called the company and spoke with Duane. He was extremely helpful, very friendly, and quick to respond. He went above and beyond to help us set up an emergency furnace repair and even helped us out with the cost. We really appreciate the high level of customer service and how Duane took responsibility for the hiccup, instead of pushing the blame elsewhere. He made sure it was easy to reach him, whether by text or call, and never made us feel bad about the situation. We feel confident using this company again for any future duct or cleaning needs, knowing they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work.

paul's air duct service was recommended to us, and we’re so glad we called! duane got back to us really fast and helped set up a convenient time for our air duct and dryer vent cleaning. our dryer vent was very clogged, but duane explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the importance of keeping vents clear, especially in the hot texas weather. he was friendly and never made us feel bad for not knowing about duct maintenance. we also liked knowing that the team has a background in firefighting, which made us feel even more confident in their work. we’ll definitely be booking again for our next yearly cleaning!

From beginning to end, my experience with this air duct cleaning service was excellent. The customer service on the phone answered all my detailed questions, and the technicians who came out were professional and friendly. Duane was fantastic. I recommend Paul's Air Duct Service to my friends. We reached out because our air ducts were feeling really dusty, especially with the warm weather in Lavon. Nathan came out and did a great job—he removed a surprising amount of dust from the vents and filters. After the cleaning, the air feels much fresher in our home. We're glad we got the service done and definitely suggest it to others looking to improve their indoor air quality.

just bought an older house and had some remodeling work done, so the air ducts hadn’t been cleaned in a really long time. there was also new construction dust everywhere and the vents in the attic weren’t sealed very well. after getting the air ducts cleaned, i noticed a big difference—the air smells fresher and there’s no musty odor anymore. it just feels better to breathe inside now. definitely worth it considering how dirty the ducts were before.

Duane was fantastic! When I called, he was friendly and professional and quickly set up my air duct cleaning. He followed up, arrived on time, and kept everything tidy—making sure there was no dust or debris around any of the vents or air intakes upstairs. He did a great job and even showed me before and after photos, so I could see how clean my vents and air intake turned out. He took his time and didn’t rush, and the quality really shows. I highly recommend Paul's Air Duct Service to anyone needing their air ducts cleaned!

paul's air duct service just finished cleaning our air ducts and vents after we finished a remodel, and i'm really glad i picked them for the job. we have four ac units, so it was a big project, but i asked if only two technicians could come each day so i could keep an eye on things. after just a few hours with nathan and jaime, it was clear they didn't need any extra supervision. they were knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and very respectful. they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and took the time to show me before and after photos of our ducts. i was honestly surprised at how much dust had built up, and they even found a couple of mice that had gotten into one of the units we hadn't used during the remodel. if we hadn't cleaned the ducts, i can only imagine the mess when we turned that unit back on. i used to think my brick floors were the reason i had so much dust on my furniture, but now, the dust is gone for almost a whole week at a time. it feels great knowing my home in lavon is so much cleaner and healthier.

I first tried another company for my air duct cleaning, but wasn’t satisfied with the results. Then I contacted Paul's Air Duct Service, and Jaime came out to take care of everything. He cleaned the air ducts thoroughly and also installed a new vent cover. The service was excellent, and now my air system works much better. I’ll definitely be using them for all my air duct and vent cleaning needs in the future. Great work!

our clothes were taking way too long to dry and we thought our new dryer was the problem. then we realized it might be the dryer vent. after nathan from paul's air duct service came and did a deep cleaning of the duct going outside, our dryer started working so much better. now our laundry dries fast and we're saving on our electricity bill. nathan responded quickly to our questions and even scheduled us on a weekend. really happy with the service.

arrived right on time and finished the air duct cleaning even sooner than expected. the vents look spotless and almost brand new. duane was very polite and really knew his stuff, taking the time to explain each step of the duct cleaning process and why it mattered. answered every question in simple terms. great value for the service, will definitely recommend to others looking for clean air ducts!

the team did a great job from start to finish! nathan and his coworker worked fast and explained each step of the air duct cleaning process to me. when it's time to get the upstairs ducts cleaned, i'll definitely call them again.
