This was our first time using a carpet cleaning service, and the whole experience was excellent. I had a lot of questions about pet stain treatment, odor removal, and the cleaning process, and Dwayne was quick to answer everything before we scheduled. He arrived right on time and gave us a courtesy call before showing up. After looking over the carpeted areas and listening to our concerns, he explained what services would help most and even lowered the original estimate because a full deep carpet cleaning was not needed in every room. We really appreciated his honesty and the money he saved us. It was clear he cared more about doing the right cleaning job than upselling extra services. He worked efficiently but still paid close attention to the high traffic areas, pet accident spots, and overall carpet condition. The whole house was cleaned much faster than we expected, and the carpets looked refreshed, smelled clean, and felt much better right away. He also gave us simple aftercare tips, explained the drying time clearly, and made sure we knew what to expect in the warm Texas weather. What stood out most was the follow-up. He said he would check in afterward to make sure we were happy with the carpet cleaning results, and he did exactly that. He also let us know that if any area needed an extra touch-up, he would take care of it at no charge. In the end, everything looked so good that no return visit was needed. We are extremely happy with the service and relieved to have found a dependable carpet cleaner we can trust for future cleanings. Instead of sorting through endless mail promotions, we now know exactly who to call first for carpet cleaning, pet stain removal, and routine floor care.

Bad service, they up charge and carpet doesn’t smell good when they’re done. They also do not honor their work, manager won’t return calls. Do not use them

Scammers, they quote low price and raise price once they arrive. They charge extra for stronger chemicals and the end result is trash. Do not use them. They do not return calls to complaints or keep their word. Bad business

I am incredibly pleased with the carpet cleaning that Dwayne executed in two rooms and a fabric-covered chair in Lavon. They appear as fresh as new, despite being over 20 years old.
